Was not advised at any time by the host that the building was being panted with possible stair closures or balcony being obstructed. Not a huge deal but a heads up would have been appreciated. Neighboring doors are very loud when they close. Also requested early check-in but was not allowed in even though the room was ready as we were exploring the property and could see it done.The view was great though and it was awesome to walk over to the Coconut Marketplace for food, shopping and essentials.

Book this place if you like sleeping to the lull of ocean waves, walking to shops & restaurants. The condo is very clean, comfortable bed, enough space for a couple. The view is gorgeous & seeing monk seals resting right outside the balcony was awesome.

The view from the lanai is spectacular! Our trip was delayed a day because our flight out of DFW was delayed so long we missed the connecting leg to Kauai. Loved waking up to the surf and the sunrise just by accessing the patio. This convenient spot was close to the coastal tail, many hikes and some great dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect Getaway Spot
