Modern vacation villa with pool in Kastel Stafilic, is ideal for joint vacations of several families. The house is spread over three floors, with the first floor connected to the upper floors by an external staircase. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living area with dining room and kitchen. On the 1st floor there is a kitchenette, two bathrooms, bedrooms and a recreation room. Via interior stairs you reach the attic (minimum ceiling height 100 cm) with tea kitchen and the living area, as well as two bathrooms and bedrooms. The large garden with pool as well as a volleyball court complete the vacation. The proximity to the historic city of Trogir as well as the airport and the beach makes this destination particularly interesting.

Väldigt fint boende med en fantastiskt trädgård. Gångavstånd till strand, butiker och buss som snabbt tar en till Trogir, Split och flygplatsen. Slaktare, fiskaffär, bageri och matbutik finns alla inom 200-300 meters avstånd från huset.Perfekt för barn med studsmatta, fotbollsmål mm på tomten och en strand med fina stenar nära. Gott om restauranger i närheten och ”lagom” med turister i området. Poolen är fin men var väldigt kall när vi var där i mitten på september.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Mit 12 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hatten wir reichlich Platz, und die Lage in der Nähe des Meeres war einfach ideal. Besonders der Pool hat uns gut gefallen – sehr sauber und perfekt, um sich abzukühlen. Die Außenanlagen waren hervorragend gepflegt und boten viele schattige Plätze, die wir gerne genutzt haben.Eine freundliche Dame kam täglich vorbei, um sich um die zahlreichen Pflanzen zu kümmern. Sie war sehr nett und hat uns sogar mit lokalem Olivenöl versorgt – eine nette Geste, die wir zu schätzen wussten.Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderbar gelegenen Haus. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
