Unit is approximately 1,020 square feet, nicely furnished with leather chair and ottoman. Rock gas fireplace. Large master bedroom with walk in closet.

First class Lakefront condominium with great views of the Lake and mountains. The condo was clean with beautiful furnishings, vaulted ceilings and skylites. The complex was gated and quiet with alot of open space and one entire mile of Lake frontage. We enjoyed walking the Lake front walking trail.

Spacious deck right on the water with great views. We have stayed at Lake Tahoe many times and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed in. This was a great value for the price.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The views are unequaled, the furniture and bed super comfy and we didn't lack for a thing. We walked the entire shoreline on a lovely paved and boardwalk path, hung out at the dock, played a little pickle ball and some horseshoes. NO ONE else seemed to be there. We felt like the King and Queen of Tahoe. Thank you Gil for sharing your perfect snugly getaway. We are planning our next visit!

The Best views in all of Lake Tahoe

The property is modern and accommodating, with pool, tennis, boat dock and a hiking trail right outside the door. We also enjoyed the safety of the complex with the security gates. The condo is large and comfortable with all the amenities. The owner was prompt with answering all our questions.

The VIEWS, breathtaking. A large balcony for spending many hours over looking the lake among the trees. We will be back.

Great views, great location!

Beautiful views from our deck, great kitchen for breakfast, and open the sliding doors and windows and a constant cool breeze to keep cool. Everything we could hope for! Location was great - only 35 minutes to DL Bliss area, and close enough to Tahoe City for convenient dining and shopping, but just far enough away to feel isolated and "away from it all." We would love to stay again!

Incredible view from kitchen, living room, deck; nice size deck to have coffee, breakfast, adult beverages :) Fully stocked kitchen; decorated so nice; great comfy bed; very clean; wonderful to have 2 bathrooms; close to everything - biking, hiking, concerts; very nice, clean swimming pool at complex. Above and beyond our expectations. Will definitely return - but only to this condo :)

Visiting from Kansas City Mo from 6/5/13 to 6/12/13

Lake Tahoe is beautiful and a place right on the lake is all we wanted. Chinquapin was the perfect location. Gil's place is really nice and it is right on the lake. The neighbor to the immediate right (unit number 61) she was not so nice. We were told where we could park from Deana in the rental office and that's where we parked for 5 days without any issues/problems. Plus there was no reserved parking so we knew we were fine. But on day 6 of our trip (Monday morning) we were heading out early to rent kayaks and the neighbor woman came running out after us and informed us very rudely that either her Porsche or Mercedes were to be parked where our car was and told us not to park there any more. So be aware of very confrontational woman neighbor. Other than that, Gil's place is very nice, we were very comfortable, the deck was great, we got up every morning and had coffee on the deck and watched the sun rise. Tahoe City is a great location, close to lots of things - good shopping, Commons Beach where every Thursday they have a farmers market, close to river rafting on the Truckee River, close to bike shops where we rented bikes and went to Sugar Pine Point State Park and collected beautiful pine cones, we went up to Incline Village and hiked the Tahoe Rim Trail, one day my husband rented a SUP while I went to Squaw Valley and had a Spa Day at Resort at Squaw Creek, we went to Jake's on the Lake for dinner one evening - it is lake front with a great view. We found a great bakery called Tahoe House Bakery and Gourmet Store. Yum yum but get there early for the delicious pastries and breads. We would rent this place again. This was our second trip to Lake Tahoe and we just love it!
