I use VRBO 3 – 4 times a year. If I could, I would give 10 stars. This is a beautiful rental. Everything is new, high quality and well stocked. Bedding, mattresses, stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer are new and high quality. The attached single car garage is a wonderful bonus in all weather conditions. There are also 2 patios. It is clean, clean, clean. The property looks just like the pictures.

Perfect location.

The beautifully kept property met all our needs in a quiet and comfy neighborhood. Easy to reach and great communication with the owner allowed simple access. Kitchen was stocked with coffee and other necessities. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets for all guests.

Almost as good as home!

We had a great stay. The property is very nice and updated and for the price it is a “best value”. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to provide a TV in the bedroom. Either way it was a fantastic stay and we couldn’t be more happy.

Excellent place

This place by far was the best place we have stayed in the Denver area. Quiet, clean and the host was always prompt in answering any questions. Next time I’m out next May, this will be my first choice.
