Just renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath - plus a pool house with separate half bath! Charming, clean and updated Cape-style home with heated pool and spacious yard. Located on picturesque Wianno Avenue, this home is ideally located between Dowses Beach and downtown Osterville; the sidewalk in front of the home will lead you to either destination.

The first floor features a bright and open floor plan, with an updated kitchen, spacious living room, and formal dining room. There is also a very spacious primary bedroom suite with a custom walk-in closet on the first floor, as well as a laundry room and powder room. On the second floor are three additional bedrooms and one full bath with a brand new shower. There is also a private in-law suite with a separate staircase leading above the garage for additional guest accommodations. Central AC and WiFi make this home very comfortable.

The heated pool area and huge back lawn is the perfect place to play any game you wish. The pool house contains a family room with TV, two changing rooms, and a half bath. There is also an open-air outdoor shower just off the pool house.
