Great Osterville rental for families! Chef's kitchen and updated bathrooms. Short drive to beach, pond or charming Osterville Village. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, or relax in the spacious backyard with a firepit and deck area after a fun day at Dowses Beach, Craigville Beach or nearby Joshua’s Pond. You could also read a book on the cozy front porch.

The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with wood-burning fireplace and open living area. The main floor has 2 bedrooms: 1 with a king bed and updated attached bathroom. The other has two twin beds easily accessible to the renovated main floor bathroom. In the fully finished walk-out, you’ll find another queen bedroom and bathroom as well as 2 bonus areas- great for a fun movie night.

The house also includes central AC, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Cable/WiFi and Town of Barnstable beach pass.

Easy access to shopping in grocery store/pharmacy/other amenities or Osterville. Close to 28 for a quick drive to Hyannis or other Cape Cod locations.

Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms was perfect. There were two living areas downstairs, would have loved to see one of those rooms as a rec room (ie: pool, air hockey) but there was so much to do in the area it was just as fine. We would love to book again for next memorial weekend 2025!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Osterville

We were absolutely thrilled with this home. It is obvious everywhere you look that great thought was put into making sure guests have everything they need. The home is clean and spacious. The grounds are well maintained. It was easy to reach the host and her responses were prompt. I would highly recommend this property.
