Our great-grandmother's country house, set on 1 hectare of enclosed land, is a 19th-century bourgeois house in the village, located on the road between Castillon (1.5 km) and Flaujague (1 km). It sits on a working vineyard. The large house has three bedrooms (accessed via a few steps): one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a wardrobe; one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe; and the third bedroom with a double bed (130x190 cm) and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a large shower and two sinks, and a separate toilet. The large living room has a sofa, armchair, and pool table. On the first floor, there is a dining room with a sitting area and four armchairs, another dining room, and a separate kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, and both capsule and filter coffee makers). In front of the house is a 10m² terrace with garden furniture. Inside the garden is a swing with mosquito net and sun loungers. To the south is a terrace with an awning, accessible via steps from the garden. A built-in barbecue is available, with vine cuttings or grapevines provided. Tennis is available free of charge (reservations required at the Town Hall), and a pétanque court is located next door, 500m away. A sports and leisure center covering 38.5 hectares is 3km away in La Cadie, offering fishing and a restaurant. Canoeing is available in Pessac-sur-Dordogne and Castillon. Saint-Émilion is 15km away, and Libourne, with its market, is 23km away. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
