Welcome to our apartment! New, modern and lovingly furnished apartment in a quiet location. Familyfriendly.
The 2-room apartment is in a new (3 years old) built family house and has a separate entrance.
You live on approx. 57 square meters plus a terrace for single use. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people.
We offer you a beautiful, spacious living room with kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower. A washing machine is available for long-term renters. 1 bedroom with double bed (box spring bed) and a spacious closet for your clothes. Guest toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave. Of course you will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, wine-champagne and beer glasses, cutlery).
We also offer fresh bed linen, hand shower towels. The pillows and blankets have no feather filling.
Children are of course welcome - game collections, children's books, crayons are available. There is a high chair and travel cot for small children. For large children WiFi - Internet connection :-)
 City of Tettnang has good bus connections to Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg and Meckenbeuren.
You can park directly in front of the house.

Great place

It is the second time we stay in this apartement, the location is great withing biking distance from the center of Tettnang. Calm setting and very clean with all you need for a vacation stay. Convenient for a family with kids, small outside space. Only one regret, the refigerator did not really work and we spent 5 days trying to manage without it. I informed the owners already last year + when we arrived this year. Latest news before leaving was that they have ordered a new one...

Gemütlich, ruhig und gut ausgestattet.

Für Urlauber mit normalen (nicht übermäßigen) Ansprüchen ganz gut geeignet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so im Alltag braucht (die Beschreibung des Anbieters entspricht der Realität). Da es sich um eine Halbkellerwohnung handelt und man nur über eine Außentreppe zu der Wohnung gelangt ist die natürlich nicht für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet. Dafür bleibt die Wohnung bei heißem Wetter kühl, worauf man sich nach einem heißen Tag am Strand oder in der Stadt besonders freut. Es gibt reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und was man sonst so braucht ganz in der Nähe. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es 10 Kilometer, da ist man doch eher auf ein Auto angewiesen. Wir konnten unsere Zeit in Tettnang bei Familie Kirchgässner gut genießen.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien

Eine Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Selbst unsere kleine Tochter (15 Monate) war herzlich Willkommen - hier stehen Kinderbett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung, für ältere Kinder auch Spiele und Malsachen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich ein Aldi sowie ein Bäcker. Wir haben die Tage in der Wohnung genossen und kommen sehr gern wieder, wenn wir wieder an den Bodensee fahren sollten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, das Bett war sehr komfortabel und an Einrichtung hat nichts gefehlt. Bis zum Badestrand ca 10min, zum Zentrum waren es ca 5min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es auch. Die Einliegerwohnung hatte einen separaten Eingang und Terrasse. Die Familie Kirchgässner hat uns empfangen und ist super nett. Liebe Grüße Familie Hill

Herrlich unkompliziert, top grundausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Auch für Kleinkinder alles vorhanden....von Hochstuhl bis Bettchen . Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster .... Badezimmer mit Badewanne/ Regendusche . Alles in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr gepflegt und sauber.Stellplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Nicht barrierefrei, da nur Treppenzugang zum Apartmenteingang möglich ist.

Grundsätzlich recht zufrieden, saubere und neue Wohnung. Aufgrund der Fotos sind wir von einer etwas helleren Wohnung ausgegangen, man brauchte schon dauerhaft zusätzliches Licht. Ausstattung sehr gut, es mangelte an fast nichts. Unser Verbesserungsvorschlag: Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer wären nicht schlecht. Und ohne kleinlich zu wirken: die Sendersuche beim Fernsehen war ziemlich umständlich und sehr durcheinander unter hunderten Sendeplätzen. Das vielleicht mal von 1 bis ... sortieren. Freundliche Vermieter. Unterm Strich guter Gesamteindruck.
