VILLA SUNSET a luxury villa with fantastic sea view and pool

Villa Sunset is the largest holiday villa with the largest private pool in the area.
It is a three-storey 250sqm villa divided into two luxurious sections. The main house has on the ground floor two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a very large cozy living room, with sleeps for two children up to 16 years old. A fully equipped open kitchen. The spacious living room has direct access to a large covered terrace with panoramic views over the Gulf of Messinia and from here you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The master bedroom with a large king-size double bed is located in the tower of the villa and has its own en-suite bathroom with bath and private terrace with spectacular views.
The second section, which is one level lower, acts as an independent guest apartment. It consists of two bedrooms (the master bedroom and a smaller one with two single beds), a living room with pull-out couch for two more people. A dining area and open plan kitchen and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

 In the basement of the villa is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, which are available to our guests.

The Villa Sunset has a total of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a laundry room and four terraces on different levels with views of either the mountains or the sea. The capacity of the villa is up to nine people. Facilities include a private pool, washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, safe, portable BBQ, 3 TVs with satellite, garden furniture and sun loungers, towels, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The Villa Sunset is ideal for a memorable holiday for large families, two families or even three friendly couples.
Fresh linen and towels are at your disposal and of course we also offer a cleaning service if you wish.
