Spend a relaxing stay in this luxury villa with heated swimming pool* overlooking the beach of Milady in Biarritz.

THE LIVING SPACE

Located in a quiet and popular area of Biarritz, this contemporary villa of 265m² has a fully equipped American kitchen as well as a living and dining area open to the terrace via large windows with galandage.

For your lunch or dinner outdoors, you can choose between the terrace on the ground floor or the one on the floor equipped with a Weber barbecue and enjoying a superb sea view. Enjoy sunny days by relaxing by the heated pool. The villa has a lift.

THE BEDROOMS

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor each equipped with a queen size bed, a shower room and toilet. Both have direct access to the terrace.

On the first floor you will find two additional bedrooms with air-conditioning. A master suite overlooking the sea with a queen size bed, a shower room with bath and toilet. A fourth study room with a single bed is at your disposal.

THE “PLUS”

Enjoy a cocktail with friends at sunset on the upstairs terrace enjoying a unique view of Ilbarritz Castle, the golf course and the ocean.

PARKING

A garage is at your disposal. It is also possible to park for free on the street.

The beaches of Milady and Marbella are just a 10-minute walk from the villa. You will find the local shops (market, fishmonger, butcher, bakery) as well as a surf shop 4 minutes by car. Golfers will appreciate the proximity to the Ilbarritz golf course, which is a 3-minute drive away.
