This recent apartment is ideally placed to live in La Ciotat without a car. Located 350 m from the old port and the entrance to the shipyard. You are close to shops, restaurants. Everything is within walking distance, even the beaches and creeks of Mugel and Figuerolles.
The equipment has been designed to provide you with maximum comfort: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fibre, balcony, parking, etc. all in a modern atmosphere.
Included in the rental: WIFI (fiber), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, 1 parking box in the building and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).
This 71 m² apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator of a BBC building in a quiet area. You benefit from a terrace equipped to eat while enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
A real effort has been made on the equipment and decoration to offer you a pleasant and comfortable living environment. The air-conditioned living room is bright with a large porthole window and a triple French window giving direct access to the terrace.
It is composed of an open kitchen overlooking a dining area and a lounge area.
The sleeping area is separate. A corridor equipped with a large dressing room leads to two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 and a closet. It is not air-conditioned and equipped with a fan.
The second air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140 x 90) and a bunk bed (90 x 190).
The bedding is recent and comfortable.
The shower room is equipped with a beautiful walk-in shower.
The toilets are independent.
We can provide you with a high chair and a foldable cot free of charge.
Long-term rental is possible. Contact me for a quote.

The apartment is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
It cannot be rented out for parties or events.
Check-in hours: 4pm-7pm. Check-out time: 9am-11am.
During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
The Neighborhood
The apartment is located at the level of the old port and the old town of La Ciotat which can be walked quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of houses whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain near which you can stop for a drink.
You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019, and the three markets per week. On Tuesdays on the Place Evariste Gras (around the Lumière Cinema) 5 minutes walk from the house and on Sundays on the Old Port and seafront. The night market is held in the Old Port from the beginning of July to the end of August. It's a whole neighborhood that comes to life around the house!
You will be able to easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its jagged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques Park, Calanque de Figuerolles, Mugel Park and Calanque, the Green Island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
You can also get back in your car and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, go hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...
