Appartement propre à notre arrivée, merci à Émilie pour le ménage impeccable.La localisation est idéale : proche de toutes commodités et tout peut se faire à pied (plage, courses, calanques, restaurants, balades en bateau).En période de forte chaleur, l’appartement devient toutefois difficilement supportable car il n’y a qu’un seul ventilateur ; il serait appréciable d’en ajouter au moins deux autres.Nous avons également rencontré un problème avec le réfrigérateur (température autour de 15C, difficulté à refroidir et montée rapide de la chaleur dès l’ouverture de la porte). Malgré nos échanges avec la propriétaire pour tenter de trouver une solution, le problème n’a pas pu être réglé durant notre séjour. Nous avons choisi de conserver le frigo en l’état afin de profiter de nos vacances sereinement.À part ce souci, l’appartement est bien équipé et parfaitement situé pour passer de belles vacances à La Ciotat.

Il est vraie que vous etes arrivés lors d'une forte canicule qui a rendu le frigo hs. J 'en ai commandé un nouveau mais les delais de livraison étant un peu long vous n'avez pas pu sn profiter. J'en suis désolé . Quant au ventilateur, il fallait m'en faire part. Je viens d'en racheter 2

Un bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé. La propriétaire étant absente nous avons été très bien accueilli par Anaïs qui est une personne très gentille et très serviable. Petit point à améliorer : changer le ventilateur qui est un peu vieux

zentral und gut ausgestattet

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der zentral und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Es war sehr angenehm, dass eine Spül- und Waschmaschine vor Ort war und ein großer Kühlschrank mit ebenfalls großem Gefrierfach. Wir sind bei Ankunft nett begrüßt worden und der Checkin und -out verlief absolut reibungslos. Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto fanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fußläufig war man in 15 min am Strand, wobei man in La Ciotat mehrere Strände zur Auswahl hat. Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit in manchen Bereichen, so war bei unserer Ankunft Zahnpasta im Waschbecken und auch einiges Besteck und Kochzubehör waren nicht wirklich sauber. Bei Abreise forderte die Vermieterin 50 Euro für eine professionelle Putzfirma zur Endreinigung, die ich aber schlussendlich nicht zahlen musste, da ich darüber im Vorfeld nicht informiert worden war. Die Agentur hatte sich auf meine Nachfrage bezüglich der Zusatzkosten direkt klärend eingeschaltet und war mit der Vermieterin in Kontakt getreten (Top Service!).

Un appartement tres bien situé

Bel appartement, dans une résidence calme et arboree ( pins). Attention à l'adresse pour le Gps, car nous avons eu du mal à trouver. Indiquer plutôt 245 avenue de la paix. Tres bon accueil, appartement très propre.

Bien mais sale

La location est super bien située, très sympa mais à notre arrivée c’était sale. Il y avait des poils dans la douche, un rasoir usagé, le frigo était sale, la poussière n’était pas faite, il y avait des poils dans les poêles, le miroir de la salle de bain était gras et mal lavé, sous les boutons de la gaziniere il y avait je ne sais quoi, la poubelle de la salle de bain était pleine, du moisi sur les couteaux, la douche était cassée, le canapé et les draps blancs recouvrant les lits étaient taché… Et encore j’en passe... Mais sinon le reste était vraiment super top, on a vraiment apprécié le séjour pour le reste.

Désolée de vous avoir reçu dans cet appartement insalubre d'après vos dires. Je doute toutefois de votre sincérité. Ma voisine qui se charge de l'entrée, sortie, état des lieux, ménage (qui normalement est à la charge du locataire) est plutôt maniaque. Et pourquoi ne pas lui avoir dit lors de l'état des lieux ? Bref ! 3 étoiles pour des vacances dans un appartement insalubre, c'est bien payé. Merci
