On the 3rd floor (with elevator), a very nice 2-room apartment with an open east-facing terrace
in a residence with a swimming pool, bicycle storage, and direct beach access.

It comprises: - a lovely, well-equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine)

- a living room with a sofa bed (140cm) and television opening onto a beautiful terrace with an unobstructed view - a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Access to the residence's shared parking (spaces are not assigned and are not guaranteed).

Additional charges: Tourist tax
Optional services payable on site:

* Sale of disposable linen kits from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases).

* Towel rental at €6 per person (1 large and 1 small). Final cleaning fee from €60. Security deposit (not cashed) and returned 3 weeks after departure: €500
