This 4 Bed/2 Bath home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay:
- Fully Equipped kitchen
- BBQ Grill with BBQ Utensils
- Washer and Dryer
- HD Smart TVs in the family room and all 4 bedrooms
- Free WIFI and internet
- Fresh Linens
- Bedroom configurations include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in bedroom 2, a full bed in bedroom 3, and a sofa bed and blow-up queen bed in bedroom 4
- Amazing Fountain Hills Location, 0.7 miles from Fountain Hill's Fountain

NOTE: Pool service is weekly on Wednesday morning around 6:30 am. The pool cleaner will enter through the side gate to clean the pool. They do not need to enter the house. Please do not remove the cleaner from the pool or the tab floater from the water. Guests with longer stays, more than a week, please take down the trash bin and recycling bin Thursday evening for pick up Friday morning. The bins can be placed at the end of the driveway near the street. Please give notification if you oppose.

I love everything about this house and I love the customer service I got from the owner, I already booked again for next month for my birthday getaway. I will be going there again for our other future family events :)

Exactly what we were looking for

The location, house size and price were everything we were looking for! The house was clean and we were able to check in early. There is a Safeway grocery store right down the street which was super convenient. I don’t think we would offer any suggestions for what the owner could change.

Wonderful

This is our second time staying here. We came back because of the great location in Fountain Hills and the comfort of the house. We were not disappointed. The communication with the property owners was excellent.

Perfect!

This house was the perfect getaway and landing pad for Ironman Arizona. It's close to the bike course turnaround. The town is friendly and quiet and has everything you need! The house was spotless and well stocked with anything you'd need. The pool is quite cold with no heater, but it's still a perfect spot to relax with plenty of seating and good day light sun.

Wonderful Snowbird 2nd home

We spent 3+ months at this residence and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The home and city (Fountain Hills) has everything we needed for comfort and convenience. We have been coming to Fountain Hills for 5 years and will be staying at this same home next winter. That kind of says it all.

Comfortable enough

The property lacked kitchen cooking equipment pots , pans are very cheep quality and very used. The top dishwasher rack was broken. Management should inspect property frequently for maintenance and replenishing essentials in bathrooms and kitchen . Antoine was very accommodating. fr our needs once we requested items missing fron the house , tissue paper, paper towels, kitehn sponges…..

Fountain Hills

The property was in an excellent location, clean and spacious. The only problem we had was with the coffee maker. it worked fine the first day but not after that. I even called Keurig for help but even with their instructions, it did not work.

Needs Work

At first the problem was with the listing stating it slept 10. We had to have part of our party stay elsewhere. The place needed cleaning and painting badly. Walls and trim dirty. The main bath tub was plugging up. Not enough silverware. One dish towel. Poor maintenance overall. Empty water bottles under bed. Front screen door with holes in it. :/

Fine stay

This was a fine stay. It was very nice to be able to use the garage. The driveway is very steep, so if you have multiple cars, you won’t want to park them on the driveway. The house needs a solid paint job and there were 2 different broken pool skimmers laying in the back yard. The beds were comfy and plenty of pool towels. About .75 miles to the fountain and plenty of Uber rides around to get around to Scottsdale or from the airport.

This was a beautiful location with beautiful view of the city. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and perfect for a getaway with your girls or small family. Would recommend!

Beautiful Stay

Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this property. One night was not enough. Drive is steep but pull into garage and what a perfect place. I hope I can come back to stay longer in this beautiful home.

Lovely Home In A Beautiful Neighborhood

This home is very lovely. Absolutely spotless and stylishly decorated. We enjoyed the views and swimming pool. The home is spacious. Just my partner and I stayed here but there is room enough for several people - several bedrooms and a tv room with optional blow-up mattress and board games. Tvs in each room; walk-in shower and jacuzzi bathtub in master bath. I lived in Fountain Hills for 4 years and it was wonderful to be back and stay in such a beautiful home! I would highly recommend this home. The owner is wonderful to deal with as well!
