Located on the second and last floor without elevator of this traditional Villa Niçoise from 1927, you will find all the comforts : space, AC, terrace, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi...

The small kitchen has all the necesary equipment, espresso machine, dishwasher and oven. The appartment has been recently furnished with a modern yet cosy taste.

There are 2 terraces (9sq mt South-West terrace and 6sq mt North terrace) with a dining area and space to relax.

The appartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with AC.

This is a lovely place to stay with kids or friends and discover the Riviera.

The place is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



The very quiet area offers you the possibility of reaching the beach, restaurants, shops and citadel on foot as well. The apartment located on a local street used mainly by local residents overlooks the historic old port (1772) of La Darse.

The nearby town of Nice is a lovely city with a rich cultural life and superb restaurants that we can recommend to you if needed.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by train: go to Nice St Augustin Station which is 15 minutes from the airport and then to Villefranche Station. The apartment is 1km from the train station.

You can also take the tram from Nice airport to the Port of Nice, then take bus 15 from the Port to the Saint-Estève stop, located 450m from the apartment.

We can also organize a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the apartment.

You can also access the apartment by car and park in the area (no parking included with the rental).





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
