El puerto de Niza es la parte más elegante y de moda de Niza. Una cascada de fantásticos restaurantes, bares, clubes, parques y tiendas de ropa a su disposición, no hay límites o variedad de diversiones.

El autobús a Mónaco y Cannes están a una distancia respiraciones y el nuevo tranvía moderno da acceso a toda la ciudad. El sol y la música en la plaza Garibaldi son para disfrutar todos los días. El nuevo Coulee Vert, con sus juegos infantiles y fuentes musicales son una alegría.

Si a uno le gusta la ópera o el teatro, dentro o fuera, Niza tiene todo. Cine en versión original. El famoso castillo. Los deportes acuáticos en el Mediterráneo. alquiler de yates privados y los viajes en barco a Saint Tropez ..... La mente se llena.

Descripción general.

En un elegante edificio histórico en el puerto, este lujoso apartamento 3er piso ha sido completamente renovado en un estilo contemporáneo y ofrece un mobiliario de alta calidad y accesorios.

El apartamento 195 metros cuadrados se compone de un gran salón de 85 metros cuadrados con un lujo totalmente equipada con cocina abierta Poggenpolh. Tres de los seis grandes ventanas de doble bahía abierta a dos balcones, que ofrecen unas vistas impresionantes del puerto, Mont Boron y los yates de lujo.

En la entrada hay un hall, gran recepción y paseo en el vestidor con lavadero.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y baño con un baño completo y citas de lujo.

La segunda habitación es grande, con una cama de matrimonio que se puede dividir en dos camas individuales.

De tres dormitorios duerme uno en una cama individual y tiene un baño con ducha italiana, inodoro y lavabo.

cuatro dormitorios con una cama individual es una opción y tiene un coste adicional. (Por favor, consultar).

El cuarto de baño es independiente y alberga una ducha italiana, lavabo e inodoro.

El edificio fue construido en 1886 y cuenta con frescos en los techos comunales. Este apartamento se adapte a las familias, parejas, profesionales que se dejan seducir por la magia de Papacino.

Amazing stay. Words cannot describe the beautuful view of the port from the balcony of this property! This is a large, comfortable, well appointed flat located in a historic building. Walking distance to Old Town. The port neighborhood is lively, safe, and comfortable, not over-run with tourists like Old Town. The host was friendly and knowlegable, always available to help. There is an elevator but it stops between floors. If you have heavy or many luggage there will be some steps to navigate. We had an excellent stay at this property.

My two friends and I enjoyed a week at this property. It was easy to walk in to town but out of the bustle and crowds. The few glitches we encountered were immediately addressed and corrected. Everything we needed was a few minutes walk-like staying in a small town with all of the benefits of a city.

Hayley was amazing. Likely the best host we’ve ever had. So friendly accommodating helpful and 100% genuine. Thank you Hayley!! For everything! The property was (for us) absolutely perfect. Amazing location, amazing view of the harbour, great layout completely comfortably felt like home. just so happy. I’m sure the classic picky (just need to complain about something) people will find something to point out, look elsewhere for that. 100% recommend for us. Cheers, can’t wait to our return

The accommodation was just as seen in the pictures. A wonderfully refurbished periodic building overlooking the picturesque Nice port & promenade. Hayley could not have been more hospitable, her recommendations on tours, restaurants & general to-dos were on point! A really marvellous stay & hosting all around!

This apartment is gorgeous! great view! A/c works great throughout the house. The master bathroom was quite nice. Location was perfect. Hayley was so lovely to deal with and very helpful with arranging for rides, tours, etc. She even brought over children's books for our 1 year old. There are a lot of steps and no elevator, so this may be difficult for some people. Thanks for an amazing stay! Loved restaurant JAN in town & going to Ville Franche Sur Mer was great.

Amazing

This appartment delivered so much more than our expectations. Situated in Nice port, 15 minutes from airport, it is absolutely stunning. Overooking the Mediterranean this peaceful retreat is steps from dozen of restaurants and bars quietly buzzing several floors below. The historic old town is easily accessible on foot. The flower market, flea market, museums and shopping district aswell as the chic beaches are all within easy reach. It is not necessary to have a car because the trains and buses are close by.. The appartment is spotless, luxuriously equipped and maintained, all managed by the delightful, friendly hostess for whom nothing was too much trouble. We asked for help with our airport transfers and Hayley sorted everything with a smile. We have booked already for next year and can't wait to discover more of this unique area. Please note, there is not elevator in this historic old building.

Amazing, luxurious port of Nice

This stay was the highlight of our trip in the South of France. The stunning Port of Nice and the beautiful town of Nice on our doorstep. This location is actually too perfect to share and I guarantee you will be not be disappointed. The view from the flat is absolutely stunning, the Mediterranean Sea on your doorstep and the charms of the old town, flower markets, antique markets, museums, restaurants are right there. We were welcomed by the knowledgeable agent Hayley who altered for our every need. A wonderful experience with suburb facilities. We will return very soon.

Amazing stay at Papachino, Nice

We loved the apartment and our stay in this luxurious well kept space. The description of the apartment and facilities we spot on and were more then we were expecting. Our trip was made special with the help from the villa manager who organised everything we needed to make our holiday a great experience. The views from the apartment of the port and the location of the apartment are fantastic, with amazing restaurants,bars and amenities at our footsteps which made it very easy get the best out of our stay. With the beaches, shopping and the beautiful port area of Nice so close to the apartment made it a great location. We would recommend the apartment and will be booking the apartment again when we come to Nice later in the year. Thanks for making our stay so welcoming and pleasant.

Great views, beautiful apartment.

The Port of Nice is a great place to stay, close to everything. Our hostess arranged our flight transfers with a private company. We were met on arrival and helped with our luggage late at night with a smile. Upon entering the apartment I was amazed at the size of it and the luxurious appointments. The view is incredible, especially at night with all the port lights on. We had fresh flowers, fresh bread, baguette, rose wine, butter, jam, cheese, fresh coffee and tea, fresh milk and orange juice. Everything you need when you arrive. We spent a week of resting, eating at amazing restaurants recommended by our hostess. There are many maps and guides. A great laminated information booklet for each appliance, tv, dvd, etc.. We walked miles and caught the bus, tram and train to many great places. The bed comfortable, then sheets smelled great. The apartment incredibly clean with hotel toiletries on offer. We will definitely return here. Top. Thank you for everything.
