Switch off in this beautiful maritime furnished holiday apartment right on the marina in the immediate vicinity of the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald. Enjoy the view from the living room or the kitchen directly onto the harbor and the Ryck. From Easter, the first sailing and motor yachts are launched. Then sit on the sheltered balcony as if on the bridge and watch the hustle and bustle over a coffee or a cool drink.
The surroundings invite you for a walk to the center or the museum harbor. By bike you will reach along the Ryck on well-laid paths to the ruins of Eldena, the primeval cell of the Hanseatic city. There you can relax on the Eldenaer beach or stroll through the beautiful fishing village Wieck with its old thatched fisherman's houses. Treat yourself to a fresh fish sandwich at 'Gurke' or return to one of the numerous restaurants.

A lovely apartment with a great view over the marina. Sitting on the balcony with a tea - or beer - in the sun was just so relaxing.Would definitely stay again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Internet ist für Homeoffice, inkl. Videocalls, sehr gut geeignet.Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch mit Blick auf die Marina und sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt eigentlich sogar vier Schlafmöglichkeiten (SZ: Doppelbett, 1x Hochbett; WZ: Schlafcouch).Ein Hinweis für Leute, die zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad anreisen. Die Wegführung von Googlemaps ist umständlich lang (quasi fie Autostrecke). Es gibt einen offiziellen Fuß- und Fahrradweg durch die Werftanlage. So ist man wirklich in weniger als einer Viertelstunde beim nächsten Supermarkt (Biomarkt) und beim "Affenfelsen", eine nette Anlage im Hafen mit Getränke- und Essenshäuschen.

Wir haben einen Kurzaufenthalt in Greifswald gehabt! Waren zwecks Arbeiten am Schiff dort und konnten nach getaner Arbeit das schöne Hafenambiente direkt am Fenster oder auf dem Balkon genießen! Die Wohnung ist toll und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und gut geschnitten. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl!

Wir waren total zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Manche Möbel haben Schrammen, da ist man immer in Not zu sagen, das war aber schon. Die Kaffeemaschine ist mit den falschen Kapseln gefüttert worden und funktionierte erst nach gründlicher Reinigung. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten auch den Balkon geniessen. Die Wohnung ist hell und freudlich gestaltet.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen. Der Weg in die Stadt am Wasser war sehr schön. Der Balkon ist super mit direktem Blick auf die Segelboote im Hafen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist etwas umständlich zu bedienen und ein Tiefkühlfach beim Kühlschrank wäre gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat prima geklappt.Alles in allem volle Punktzahl!

Super liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement mit leichter Schwäche.Die Duschwand schließt nicht bündig ,soll heißen, nach dem Duschen steht einiges Wasser auf dem Boden und man muss erstmal aufwischen.Leider ist der Reinigungsservice nachlässig. Es waren einige ältere Spinngewebe unter der Decke, der Fernseher hatte eine dicke Staubschicht und durch die Fenster konnte man bei Sonnenschein nur Wischstreifen sehen. Außerdem lag ein benutztes Wischtuch auf der Matratze unter dem Bettlaken.Schade, dass das den ansonsten guten Eindruck geschmälert hat.Zu betonen ist, dass Greifswald und Umgebung sehr sauber und freundlich ist .

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Jachthafen von Greifswald, liegt sehr idyllisch und trotzdem ist die Altstadt von Greifswald zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen. Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen und Erholen ein. Die maritime Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Ein wenig verwundert hat die recht sparsame Ausstattung mit Handtüchern (auch im Küchenbereich). Die fehlende Waschmaschine hat nicht wirklich gestört, sollte jedoch dann nicht als vorhanden beschrieben werden. Die Wohnung würde von uns wieder gebucht werden.

Für zwei

Haben ein bisschen umgestellt, da kein Fernseher im Wohnzimmer für viele nicht nötig aber für uns Sender muste man suchen und war nicht immer empfang. Wohnung selbst wie beschrieben man hat einen Blick auf die Segler mitten im Jacht Reparatur Hafenteil. Wäre schön gewesen wenn alle Fenster sauber gewesen wären.

Komfortable, helle Wohnung im ersten Stock mit Blick auf den Yachthafen. Der Blick auf den Yachthafen gibt ein schönes Urlaubsgefühl. Man kann zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum laufen (ca. 15-20 min), noch schneller geht es mit Fahrrädern (in der Stadt zu mieten). Auf der überdachten Loggia kann man etwas windgeschützt auch im Mai die Sonne genießen.
