Our beautiful holiday home is located in our holiday complex "Ferienpark Fontane" not far from the crystal-clear Stechlinsee. Here you can swim, fish, but also paddle a boat and stand up. The house is located on a quiet, traffic-calmed residential street in the heart of Neuglobsow and offers you holiday fun in beautiful and unspoiled nature. The house extends to 90m² on the ground floor + terrace and can accommodate max. 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 14 can accommodate more than 2 extra beds on arrival.

Our house is divided as follows:

On the ground floor there is a holiday apartment on approx. 90m² living space. It is divided into:
1. Bedroom with double bed with bathroom behind with shower / toilet / shower / bathtub
Second Bedroom with double bed and additional built-in shower + vanity
large living room with sitting area, steel fireplace, TV
Winter garden adjoining the living room with a seating area and a view of the countryside.
To the left in the winter garden is an integrated full kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishes for up to 6 people.
There is an open sleeping loft above the winter garden which is suitable for sleeping 2 children.
From the winter garden you reach a large terrace with outdoor seating and a grill in the green.

The 90m² ground floor is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. Additional bedding for a small child is possible after prior registration (for a fee of € 15.00 per night to be paid on site).
Pets of any kind are not allowed in the house.

Here you can rent holiday apartments on 30² for 2 people, holiday bungalow 40m² for 2 adults + 1 child, holiday homes 45m² for 2 adults + 2 children and holiday home EG 90m² for 4 adults and 2 children. The holiday accommodations are in the green, on a spacious plot not far from the lake.

The prices and descriptions refer to our apartment 30m² first floor with occupancy by 2 people. 1 extra bed for children up to 12 years is possible with advance notification. Our other vacation rentals like

The basic price is for 2 people. Children are valid until the age of 11 Year of life as a child.
If you are older, an amount of € 5.00 up to the age of 17 can be paid upon arrival. Year of life per night.
Bed linen is possible for a fee of € 9.00 per time. All election bookings
are to be paid in cash on arrival.
