About this property

Family-friendly cozy apartment in a quiet location

The comfortably furnished 3.5-room apartment is on the top floor (3rd) of the Chesa Grischa house. The house has an elevator and is in an unobstructed location directly on the Bünda (ski and sled paradise for children), which can be seen from the south-west balcony (sun all day). The kilometer-long cross-country ski trail is also right outside the front door. The ideal location means that all skiing and hiking areas as well as other leisure facilities can be reached on foot or by bus (5 minutes on foot). The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom (with bathtub), extra toilet, large living room with open fireplace, stereo, cable TV, free WiFi and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric cooker, filter coffee machine and Nesspresso machine with milk frother, kettle, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. On request, we can also provide a cot and a high chair (toilet pad, changing mat and children's dishes are also available). From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Bünda and the Jakobshorn. From the children's room as well as from the large bedroom you can see the Parsenn and the Seehorn. From the kitchen you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Pischa.
The apartment has also been awarded the "Family Friendly" certificate by Davos.

Sehr gemütliche geräumige Wohnung als idealer Rückzugsort nach langer Bergwanderung

In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt (Ehepaar 63 und 65 Jahre alt). Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar, sogar aus allen anderen Räumen. So fühlt sich die Wohnung luftig, geräumig und großzügig an. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, ist picobello sauber und gemütlich. Der Kontakt mit Frau Diederix-Herrmann war unkompliziert und herzlich. Es war eine tolle Zeit für uns, sehr zum Wohlfühlen, sodass wir ein paar Tage verlängert haben. Danke dafür.

Spacious and well equipped apartment in great location.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and recommend it, especially for families. Modern amenities and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment is easy to get to and a nice walk to the main street of Davos.

Gepflegte Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren 14 Tage in Davos, haben uns vom 1. Moment in der Wohnung heimisch gefühlt. Die Küche und das Bad befinden sich in einem super Zustand. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sagenhaft. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Schlafräume gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage, alles Wichtige ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen und vom Balkon hatten wir einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut problemlos. Bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Wohnung ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Fragen wurden von der Vermieterin sehr nett und zeitnah beantwortet. Der gesamte Buchungsvorgang war absolut problemlos. Wenn wir noch mal nach Davos fahren, würden wir die Wohnung jederzeit erneut mieten.

Schöne Aussicht :-)))

"Für den 1. Eindruck gibt es keine zweite Chance".......das waren meine Gedanken, als ich die Wohnung zum ersten Mal betreten habe. Man hat viel eher das Gefühl "heim" zu kommen. Alles ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, besonders schön ist das chillige große Sofa mit Blick auf die Berge, klasse. Besonders schön finde ich den großen Balkon, mein Mann und ich haben oft schon das Frühstück im Freien genossen! Da die Wohnung im obersten Stock ist, hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge drumherum, die mich als Wanderer sofort animieren, loszulaufen. Die Küchenaustattung hat mich auch positiv überrascht, findet man in anderen Ferienwohnungen oft nur das Nötigste, so hat es hier ausreichend sehr schönes Geschirr und Küchengeräte, sodass man sich sehr gut selber versorgen kann. Die ganze Wohnung ist in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand , da passt alles! Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung sehr gerne weiterempfehlen, auch der ganze Buchungsablauf und der Kontakt mit Ihnen, liebe Frau Herrmann, hat alles toll und reibungslos geklappt. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal :-))) Gabriele S.

Erholung Pur

Ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten mal in dieser hübschen gemütlichen Wohnung. Wenn ich diese Räume betrete, fühl ich mich sofort zuhause. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug, mit dem man bequem direkt vor der Wohnung hält. Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man die Tage über zum kochen an Utensilien braucht. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und hell. Der Südbalkon lädt einem zum draussen sitzen ein. Nach Rücksprache mit der sehr netten Vermieterin, durfte ich auch meinen Hund mitbringen. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstrasse, die kaum befahren ist. Man kann sehr gut schlafen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen, und freue mich auf die nächsten Ferien in Davos.
