Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is conveniently located off of North Lagoon Drive and is just minutes from the beach, St. Andrews State Park, and PCB attractions. Kitchen/den/dining area faces the pool and has a sofa, 2 recliners, 2 other chairs, a dining table with 8 chairs, and kitchen counter with 4 bar chairs. Separate living room area has 2 sofas plus a comfortable chair. Sleeps 8 adults with a king bed in the master suite and a queen bed in each of 3 additional bedrooms. The master suite has a luxurious private bath with large jetted tub and separate double shower. Hall bath and upstairs bath have showers. Private pool area has tropical landscaping, a gas grill, 3 chaise lounges, and 4 sling chairs. The pool has a main swimming area plus a smaller spa-like sitting area. Neither the main pool nor the spa area is heated.

Great location

All around great stay. Location is perfect if you prefer a more quiet neighborhood. We were there for bike week..super close to Ms Newbies and great restaurants. House was clean and well stocked! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Location

We had a great trip and time. The location is fantastic and close to everything you need. The neighbors were all very friendly and waved. The pool guy came and was very friendly as well. Overall great stay and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The house was also well stocked. Owners were extremely responsive and accommodating.

Great for a relaxing time in PCB.

This property is well kept and the location is excellent. It was very easy to get to the beach or to local attractions but it was also very quiet and peaceful for days at the pool just lounging around.

Grand Lagoon Area Rental

Very nice house! Centrally located to everything, spacious and clean, and loaded with every kitchen appliance you could ever think of! I loved the juicer so much I bought one for myself. The pool was perfect, and the back landscape was beautiful. Our hosts were very responsive and just a delight to work with. Great neighborhood for a morning or evening walk to burn off all the great food in Panama City Beach. Thanks again Bo for everything!

Couples stay!

Loved the house! Spacious house with a great pool area. Host were great, good communication and very accommodating. Good location close to everything with no traffic. If you want to be loud outside here it’s not the place though because the neighbors are locals and do not like loud music or noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Great Family Vacation

We had a nice time there. The neighbors do like the quiet peaceful vibe of the neighborhood, but the hosts mentioned that in the listing. They had beach chairs and games already there. They also had most things like handsoap and dishsoap. The beach had double red flags most of our trip, so we spent a lot of time in the pool.

I love this house

I really enjoyed my stay. It was everything that was advertised. My only company would be that the pool didn't seem like it had been cleaned recently. But it was still A really nice house. I would definitely rent it again.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for me and my family. Plenty of itmes throughout the house to use, we didn't need anything but groceries! We will be watching for availability for this house next year for sure. It was in a perfect location to everything. The hosts were quick with a response if we had a questions! Our whole family really enjoyed our time spent in the house!!

Family vacation

The pool wasnt heated so it was a bit chilly for october but thats expexted. The lawn people were not friendly. The neighbors do not like that this is an Air b and b they didnt welcome us they made it known. But a great property. Wish it had espn to watch the monday night football game. Had to go to a bar and watch it. Only streaming service on the tvs and you have to have your own account. The property was very nice. My kids really liked it. I did also.

Best house ever!

Our stay in Panama City Beach was made even better thanks to this amazing house! Like many others have mentioned, the pictures really don’t capture how wonderful it is in person. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are two living rooms, which worked out perfectly for us. The kids turned the front living area into their gaming hub with the large TV, while we used the other living space for board games and some work. The upstairs bedroom was a hit with my daughter and granddaughter (her husband couldn’t make it at the last minute). The master bedroom was so comfortable, and I especially loved the walk-in closet. The bathroom was terrific, too. I loved having 2 sinks and the cabinet with draws. The dual shower was unusual in a good way. We even braved the unheated pool—it was a little chilly for the adults, but the kids didn’t mind at all! This house truly has everything you could need. When my granddaughter scraped her knee, we found a fully stocked shelf in the master bath with first aid supplies. While looking for trash bags, I discovered an array of appliances, like an Instant Pot, crockpot, and even an ice cream maker! If you ever need to check if something’s available, just ask Bo and Liz—they probably have it! There are also both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, which was a nice touch. Thank you, Bo and Liz, for providing such a fantastic retreat for our family!

Amazing experience, excellent communication with manager and pool staff, the best part was a chest in the living room our 2 year old checked daily for treasures. Perfect experience and lasting memories.
