This condo is exactly as described and perfect for big families or a couples trip. Jordan is the absolute best to work with and was very quick to answer all my questions. Parking onsite is tight, but the overflow lot across the street was convenient and we had no issues.

Great place to stay. The property manager was amazing and he took care of the refrigerator not being cold in a timely manner. The grill area needs some improvement done. One grill was not working during our stay.

The condo was amazing. Just like pictured. The owner was very responsive to anything I needed, just great all around. The parking was not great but all parking in PCB isn’t great. The garage is a very tight squeeze. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had so much available to use to cook and the balcony was AMAZING! Will definitely be staying again!

The Balcony was amazing! Lots of room in the condo including 3 bathrooms! Kitchen was very well stocked. Communication was great and Erik was very helpful. Parking is a little tight under the condo but the overflow area directly across the street was great. Public parking is directly behind that if you have too many vehicles. All within walking distance. Restaurant and ice cream shop directly across the road. Walmart is within walking distance also if needed. Beach is easy to access and the pool is a decent size and has a hot tub. The sunsets are gorgeous. Make sure you read the directions to get your parking passes which includes printing out your passes. I found out the hard way at 8 oclock at night after a very long drive............

Property was newly remodeled and the rooms and furniture were very tasteful and appropriate for a condo on the beach. Location was great. Will definitely be back.

Great family vacay

The condo was beautiful, and we loved having so many beds. The washing machine had issues, but I contacted the owner and he immediately sent help. We would go back! It was a great family trip!

Great guys getaway trip

Yearly motorcycle ride and fishing trip for a group of guys. Second time staying at this resort. This unit was exactly as described and spacious enough for the 7 adult men to spread out. Water was great.

Family vacation 2023

We had a wonderful trip. The condo was perfect! We had plenty of room for our family of 9. We had never been to PCB in November, but the weather was perfect! The guys caught lots of fish at the pier. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Fall Break Vacay

We were happy to find the property beautiful, clean and spacious for our family! We have 4 teens and 2 children and there was enough room for everyone! The location was perfect! We did have trouble with our door code on our last two days. But the property manager had a backup plan in place already and was prompt with communication! We would definitely return!

Fabulous Condo!

There was 12 of us staying in this condo and there was plenty of room. The balcony alone was worth the stay! We were never on top of one another. 8th floor view of beach was perfect! Plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. Jordan was very easy to work with. Always answered me quickly when I had a question or issue. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!

This condo is great. The weather was rainy our whole stay but we really enjoyed the great balcony. We were able to sit and enjoy the sound of the waves. The condo is very clean and well equipped for all we needed. The only complaint is the beds are too high (LOL). We are all of the 65+ age and had to use a stack of pillows to get up on the beds. Just a fun adventure. We loved it!

Condo awesome/ Parking Tight

Renting the property was easy. I didn’t receive parking instructions until I reached out when we arrived. Jordan was very helpful. Parking is tight at this location. That was the only negative. The balcony was huge!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our time in the condo. As stated by the property owner, parking is tricky but not terrible. We did have to pay for our second vehicle most of the time which added up to more than expected. The balcony is amazing! The cleaners could do a better job (I own a cleaning business so I'm a harsh critic) but that is not the hosts fault really. The host was very easy to reach when needed. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was pleasant. Overall it served our needs very well and we had a great time.

Just do it!

Beautiful setting, perfect for our group of 9. Only thing I would change that could be changed is the elevator. They were working to get the 2nd one going when we were there. If you have a tight parking spot as most and it stresses you out, skip it and park in one of the other lot options. Otherwise absolutely comfortable and perfect!
