Second year staying for 2 weeks. Hector & Odette’s house is immaculate inside and out. The house is as picture perfect as it appears, no surprises. Everything you need is offered within their house, just bring your clothes. Pool is warm and beautiful, hot tub is an added bonus. We ate dinner every night on the lanai enjoying the pool. Both Hector and Odette were just a phone call away, one small issue with the hot tub and Hector was at the house immediately trying to fix, unfortunately a repair man had to be sent out. Hector made sure to inform us of when repair man was coming and leaving as well as pool cleaner and lawn crew. Extremely pet friendly home and neighborhood. Minutes to everything shopping and food wise- 8 mile drive to beach. Cannot wait for our return next year!Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Ms. Hohenberger, We appreciate your kind review and the suggestion of rules/tips being handy at our home. Before a guest's visit, we send out a 'Welcome Guide' with instructions on how to operate the most common features in the home, including the Wi-Fi password, as well as entry codes. We make certain guests acknowledge receipt of this guide. But we also understand that the guide can get lost in the shuffle of everyday living. Therefore, in the very near future, we will take you up on your suggestion to post pertinent information visible to our guests for their convenience. We wholeheartedly thank you for your suggestion. This house was immaculate, from the floors to the ceiling, creating an atmosphere that naturally inspires respect. The pool was a delightful addition, offering convenience and enjoyment. The central location provided easy access to various beach spots and stores, with Tampa just a short drive away for city adventures. There were plenty of food options, along with nearby Walmarts and Publix. The host was incredibly kind and promptly addressed any questions before and during our stay. Unlike hotels, there was no overcrowding, and the house was situated in a peaceful area, free from loud noises or music.

We had a fantastic stay! Hector and Odette were amazing hosts. Communication was absolutely top‑notch, they were very flexible with check‑in and check‑out, and their food recommendations in the area were excellent. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The pool and hot tub were both great and really added to our experience. The home is on a quiet, very safe street, which we truly appreciated. A special thank‑you as well to the neighbor Bill, who was so kind and helpful. We would happily stay here again!

If you value your time as much as I do, choosing this cute home in Largo is your best bet. Everything in the home has been carefully set up to make a stay at the beach so easy. They had a beach cart, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie board, sunscreen, sandals, Bluetooth speaker, beach towels, you name it it was there! Our family did not want for anything while we were there and yes the home is older but meticulously cared for and cleaned. I would happily stay here again!

Mr. Hernandez, We appreciate your wonderful review. We do our best to accommodate our guests with essentials to save them money and make their stay as convenient and pleasant as possible. Yes, the home is older, but it is solid as a rock. When purchased, we decided to keep some of the original features to blend in with the coastal look it presently has. We are so glad we were able to make your stay a fantastic one. Blessings.

Our group of two adults and two kids stayed at this Largo home. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and the location was good for visiting nearby family. The kids loved the pool, which made our vacation even better. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities throughout the home. We brought many things that we ended up not needing because the house was so well stocked. The only thing I wish I brought was hand soap for the kitchen. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it seemed to be in good shape. The exterior was nice with the added reassurance of the cameras, the outdoor decorations, and the sitting areas. This definitely felt like a home away from home!
