Welcome to West Sacramento! We are 10 minutes to Downtown, Old Sacramento and the new Golden 1 Arena! We have all New furniture and beds to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it can get. We have a dedicated workplace setup if you need to do any work. And when you are ready to relax, enjoy a relaxing soak in the private, inflatable hot tub! Enjoy high-speed internet and stream your favorite shows on our 4k TV!

Just a short drive to Old Sacramento & Downtown Sacramento, there are a multitude of things to do and places to eat. Nearby attractions include Sutter Health Park, home to the Sacramento Rivercat's baseball team, Drake's: The Barn, an outdoor beer garden with occasional live music, the Sacramento Zoo, the Golden 1 Center, and many museums. Alongside activities, there are many restaurants to suit all the eaters in your group! Yard House, Joe's Crab Shack, Rio City Café (located on the water), Mikuni Sushi, Ella's, & Morton's Steakhouse are some amazing options just to name a few!

The entire property will be available for guests to use, aside from the garage.

Furthermore, please note that our outdoor areas are subject to natural environmental factors, which may attract insects and affect the condition of outdoor furniture. Despite regular maintenance, natural weather conditions can cause unavoidable wear and tear to outdoor elements.

We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we assure you that these minor cosmetic blemishes and natural outdoor occurrences do not affect the functionality or overall experience of our property. We encourage you to focus on the amenities, location, and cleanliness that our home has to offer.

Uber and Lyft are the best ways to get around the area if you do not have a car.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance - We have a Ring security camera by the front door. This device records audio and video 24/7.
Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
