Advertised alot that was not true. No internet, infomercials only on Direct TV...Message stating to pay their bill. Smoke detector did not work and NO Fire Extinguisher. Pics supporting all these statements. Horrible Experience!!!

Tree Top Cabin

The property is extremely clean and adequate. The setting is lovely and the location perfect. However getting into the house is an issue. The two flights of steps are steep and rotting. My husband and I are older and felt unsafe. I think with a little work the cabin could be greatly improved.

Sweet spot downtown!

This is a sweet place. The Internet is an open access for Hot Springs so if there’s another event going on, don’t expect to have Internet. The kitchen needs coffee cups and more dishes etc. but has plenty of pots and pans. I didn’t plan on eating in, so this wasn’t a problem for me. The shower pressure is perfect and the bed is super comfy. The setting is very peaceful and private for a downtown location. Outside deck needs some work but the inside is modern and updated nicely. Deck can be slippery when wet, so heads up on that! Enjoy your stay and I would return in a heartbeat. Frank is nice and responsive.
