This is one of 3 identical apartments that are on the main street above a gourmet grocery shop/cafe and outfitters store. Walk to restaurants, brewery, natural hot springs, shops, river, and trails. Clean and comfortable and on the Appalachian Trail. Hot Springs urbanism at its best!

I want to start by saying the booking process and communication with the host were great. It is also very close to the Hot Springs and a fantastic little pizza joint. After that, I was unimpressed. We arrived to realize that there is really no convenient place to park. There is a very small lot behind the units but it only hold 3 cars. Even if you are able to get in there, it's a pain to haul luggage across a muddy, gravel parking lot and then up a treacherous flight of stairs. The inside was dated and had a must smell. The furniture gave thrift shop vibes and the beds mattresses (although beautifully made up) were not super comfortable. We also had a loud group next door with a dog that barked (a LOT). This is not the owners fault but it definitely did not improve the stay.

I had a lovely stay. Will stay there again. The property was spotless!!! Nice touches of information and convenience. Lovely people to deal with. After 25 miles on the AT this place was perfection. The only negative is I only booked one night! Next time I will stay longer.

This suite is over the shops on Bridge St. and across the street from Big Pillow brewery. Great to see all the building going on to restore Hot Springs to the amazing place it was before Helena. Such a testament to the resilience of this community.

Very cute apartment. We found it had everything we needed. Convenient to the Lovers Leap trail which we came to hike. Found lots of helpful info at the visitors center. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you, Sarah!

Great Hikes

Great stay- town has plenty of things open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Also most pet friendly.We did a new hike every day all were again pet friendly and had water access to cool down.Great place for outdoor activities.

This is a great location for a stay in Hot Springs. It is on the second floor of buildings whose first floors are still being rehabilitated from the floods. it is centrally located for easy as access and across the street from the Big Pillow.

Relaxing Overnight

My son and I went up for the festival and had a wonderful get away. The town is still rebuilding after Helene and their hardwork and perseverance is inspiring. We were able to eat our pizza from Vinyl Pies and listen to the bands playing at Big Pillow in our living room through the open windows! We love Hot Springs and are so thankful we got to be there.

Check in was very easy. The apartment was clean and owner very thoughtful w/baskets of towels on the bed and the “bee kind” products. Enjoyed walking to dining, shopping and the library. The people of Hot Springs are working hard to carry on from Helene. We were blessed to have experienced the 1st train to come through after Helene. Great place, can’t wait to come back.

Super clean and had everything needed. Check in process was smooth and easy and there was a very nice welcome basket for our pup. Close to the brewery too, great stay!

A Trail Runs Through It

This space is located directly above the Appalachian Trail and the trail passes through the trail. If you are a hiker of the AT, this is a perfect location.The town of Hot Springs continues to recover from the devastating floods caused by Hurricane Helene.

Great Location

Great accommodations in the heart of Hot Springs. Very comfortable and Dog Friendly. Also a great restaurant downstairs. Highly recommend.

Clean and Convenient

Seamless check in process. Hosts provided thorough information prior to check in. Apartment was clean and most convenient location in Hot Springs. Second time we have stayed and would stay again.
