3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1 1/2 car garage. Villa will include a brand NEW golf cart starting in November. The Villa is conveniently located in the Village of Collier, right behind the Regional Eisenhower Recreation Center and one block away from the Brownwood Paddock Square, and the Pinellas Shopping Center. Evans Prarie Country Club is just a stones throw away. This home comes complete with crown molding, wood flooring, granite countertops, warm cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious master features a large walk-in closet and a glass walk-in tiled shower. Relax and unwind on the climate controlled glass enclosed lanai. With pull down shades, it is the perfect place to enjoy a beverage with friends and family. There is an indoor laundry room, and the garage has an epoxy painted floor. The landscaped fenced yard offers privacy and quiet. The large 65 inch television with Apple TV and high speed internet is included.

Beautiful villa in The Villages, FL

This property was very clean & pretty. It had plenty of space for 3 adults. The golf cart was included & the villa was well stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this villa & would definitely stay there again!

Collier Village

Wonderful well kept property in a great location. Easy access to town square, pool and golf courses. Of course this unit comes with a golf cart that really makes staying and golfing in the villages extra fun and convenient. Highly recommend this unit.

Sisters trip

Great location right behind Eisenhower and close to Brownwood. Very clean and cozy. communication was great with the owners. Perfect place for the four sisters to have some bonding time. Lots of golf, pickleball and dancing. Fun fun fun!!!

Brownwood

For me this is a perfect location in the Villages. I like the center with its selection of shops and places to eat. My home away from home for a month was perfectly located between two golf courses with easy access. Pool also was a few minutes away by walking or talking the golf cart which came with the house.

Christmas in the villages

We arrived mid December The House was surprisingly roomy in a really quiet neighbourhood during our stay we had no issues whatsoever barring a wifi issue on the last day I really recommend this place use of the golf cart was excellent my hobby is cycling on average i cycle between 10 and 20 miles a day Open the golf cart gave my family an opportunity to accompany me and see the rest of the villages

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated Villa in the Village of Collier! What a great location... only 5 minutes to Brownwood, and also close to the bridges, that allow you to explore the new areas & Golf Courses to the south. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and responsive to any requests we had. We found the furnishings to be very comfortable. The Apple TV package was very good, as was the Internet. Also, the provided Golf Cart was appreciated, and it ran well. We would definately book here again. Thank you Rick for a great winter stay! Linda & Willie U. / BC, Canada

Quiet clean well equipped home

This villa was pleasant with a well-equipped kitchen and lovely Florida room. The owner was very helpful when we had questions about how to use the golf car and Apple TV remote. I found the printer in the office helpful. Since some of the photos differ, note that there were 2 ottomans and one arm chair chair in the living room. There wasn't any patio furniture, and the listing doesn’t show or mention any; I confirmed that with the owner before arrival so I’d know what to expect. The only disappointment was there was no TV in the MBR as shown in the photos.

Very Comfortable House

Wonderful house comfortable and clean. Everything you would need for a great stay and would stay again. Good communication and the golf cart was a real plus. Thanks again for a great vacation.

Beautifully decorated. Crown moulding throughout the Villa. Wood flooring throughout highlighted with tile in the kitchen and entryway and bathrooms. Glassed in Lanai with separate heating and air conditioning in the Lanai to provide a home away from home which adds to the square footage of the home. Televisions are equipped with Youtube TV, Netflix, Prime, HBO Max, and Britbox for those that like English mysteries and comedy. Granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bar area. All the appliance you might want which allows you to bake or cook, or just sip some wine while you put up your feet and relax. Enjoy
