Picture yourself staying at our Ultra Clean beautiful home. Centrally located steps away from Sawgrass Market place in the Village of St. Catherine. Enjoy the nightly music there or just get a quick bite to eat. Want to stay in and cook? Prepare your own homecooked meal in our beautiful kitchen with state of the art appliances. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms give you plenty of room to enjoy the house for yourselves or to have a few guests over.

Best spot and location

Great stay here. The location has spoiled us for any future rentals! Walk to everything. Listen to the music from the front yard! Clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this rental

Beautiful, clean and nicely decorated property in the Villages. Short walk to the pool and marketplace. Excellent communication with owner. Cookware could use a little upgrading. Overall, we were very pleased. Highly recommend!

Great Holiday Getaway

We visited family in the Villages over Thanksgiving and had a marvelous time. The accommodations were clean and in excellent shape, convenient and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great location and very well equipped.

We stayed 9 days and were very comfortable. House was very well equipped with consumables and a Keurig (a big plus). The pool and Sawgrass market were a short walk away, and we used them daily.

Village Vacation

We totally enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was spacious and in a great location. The king size bed in the master was comfortable and the walk in closet was large enough to accommodate all my sisters and my clothes and shoe collection. It was great getting away from the Western New York winter for a month. I would recommend this home to anyone considering this rental.

Pre-cruise family gathering

Property is located in a wonderful community that is very secure. Furnishings were complete and accommodating and the decor was excellent. Property will landscape and patio was a beautiful experience. All appliances function effectively. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a property in the Central Florida community. The only hiccup was the access code did not work initially. However, the problem was resolved with a call to the property manager who resolved the issue within a few minutes. 😎

The Villages

Great property located in the Villages area. Convenient to restaurants & grocery stores. Home was exceptionally clean and had been well taken care of. Very quiet area and rested well. We appreciated the larger bed space 2 kings & a queen. The were no toiletries included. We had a few with us & picked up additional items the next day. Thank you for maintaining such a nice property.

Weekend getaway

Went to The Villages for the weekend with friends for a friends daughters baby shower. This home was perfect. Very clean. Great location to where we needed to be. I love that it’s a short walk to Sawgrass. FYI, the coffee maker is a Keurig.

Couldn't be more satisfied with this property. Location was perfect for us and all amenities were as advertised. Great Host answered all our questions and will definitely be staying here again to visit our friends at the Villages.

Great Stay/Accurate Online Description

I'm very particular about where i stay and this place did not disappoint. Accurate online description. No issues with the property at all and very clean. Great stay! Wonderful quiet neighborhood. House is very close to the pool and walking trail. Easy access to the property. Garafe door opener provided which was great since I was traveling with children. Felt safe in the area. Will definitely recommend and stay when back in the area.

I was impressed with the property and community friendly neighbors.

The only issue was locating the property if your GPS was not updated. Close to the clubhouse was a plus lots of entertainment. I would repeat my stay there had a good experience

Villages for Molly B Show

I can't say enough nice things about this property. My 13 year old daughter and I took my dad to The Villages for a show that was playing. The home location is perfect. We were able to walk to a wonderful dinner @ McGrady's Pub and we were able to sit on the cute from home patio and enjoy the live music from the nearby outdoor music pavilion (nice background music, not too loud) Recreational facilities were a short walk from the house too! The house is immaculate and well-supplied. You will want to bring your own toiletries (bar soap, shampoo etc. -as well as your own Keurig Coffee Pods). Starter paper towels & toilet paper were there. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning wasn't functioning when we arrived. Fortunately it dropped into the 60's at night so we were able to open windows. Property managers were very responsive and called repair crew out but unfortunately, a part had to be ordered so we were without air conditioning for our 2-night stay. Slight inconvenience when getting ready in the late afternoon when inside temps were in the high 70's. I didn't realize just how big The Villages is. Where this home is is a good distance from what I believe is the original Villages location and it was an approximately 40 minute drive to the La Hacienda Rec Center where the show was being held. With that being said, I preferred the location we stayed at as it seemed less congested and newer. I would 100% stay at this home again.

VRBO in The Villages

We were able to stay just one week so we could scope out the Villages that we heard so much about. The house was even better than we thought it would be. It was immaculately clean, decorated in a modern but comfy way. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. They were really great.

Wedding weekend

The house was very clean and beautiful. The location for walking and pools were amazing. Even though we didn’t have time to enjoy the Sawgrass Market, I did walk around the area. What a gem and so close!!

This was the perfect home to rent while staying in the villages. The owners were very responsive and quick to answer my questions. The home is beautiful and we will definitely stay here again
