Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. - On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge, a bathroom with shower and toilet. - Upstairs: a bedroom (not closed) on the landing with two 90x200 beds that can be combined into a 180x200 bed, a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed. Outside : A terrace of 18 m², a garden of 70 m², a private courtyard of 150 m². Parking your vehicles in the yard. On the Côte de Goëlo, come and enjoy a house that welcomes you in a cozy and pleasant setting. Its harmonious decoration gives this gîte a warm atmosphere. Outside, the terrace, where you can enjoy a lovely view of the owners' horses, is the ideal place to relax. As for the location, it is also one of the many advantages of this accommodation. You can easily reach the seaside resorts of St Quay Portrieux (5.8 km), Etables Sur Mer and Binic (5 km). Enjoy the salty air and taste the charm of these resorts, with their fishing and marina ports without forgetting their beautiful sandy beaches. From there, you can also walk the famous GR34 for beautiful hikes. Don't miss a visit to the maritime city of Paimpol (28 km). And if a getaway to an island tempts you, go to Arcouest (34 km), direction the Ile de Brehat! For golf enthusiasts, that of St Brieuc will be only 3 km away. For a week or a weekend, treat yourself to a stay in this gîte, on an all-inclusive basis, and set off to discover the Côte de Goëlo. Located in the countryside, while being less than 6 km from the sea, you will find all the comforts for a great vacation!
