About this property

New house near Soulac s/ Sea, Private Pool with Pétanque Field!

New house of 100m2 close to the ocean with garden of 1300M2 fully enclosed to ensure tranquility. Private pool, covered.

Located 5 minutes from the beaches in the heart of the Médoc, close to the road of the castles with these vineyards known throughout the world.

The house includes: 3 bedrooms, 1 with bathroom, all have sleeping 160x200. 1 additional bathroom with toilet + 1 separate toilet.
Large new kitchen fully equipped with all comforts (a washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, bread grill, kettle, fridge.
The living room/ dining room is very bright and directly overlooking a terrace of 100m2 as well as the pool and petanque (do not panic if you forget your balls, you have available).

Outside you have sun loungers, a bioclimatic pergola and barbecue.
Your car is parked inside.

You can enjoy the surrounding (5 minutes by car) market every morning in Soulac/ sea and Montalivet and on Saturday mornings at Grayan-et-l'Hôpital.
Going back north you have the ferry from the Verdon which can take you to the coast of Charente (Royan) in only 25 minutes crossing for a day trip. You can also take the bohemian boat to the Verdon to go to the beautiful Lighthouse of Cordouan. Further south, you have the basin of Arcachon with the mythical dune of PYLA and the island to birds.

Haus: so schön wie auf den Bildern, jedoch direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, nach den französischen Ferien direkt gegenüber Baustelle mit BaulärmGarten: kein Rasen, nur Rindenmulch, daher kaum zu NutzenEinfahrt: nicht zu empfehlen mit Alufelgen oder tiefergelegten Autos, da der Kies nicht verdichtet und hoch ist, dadurch schnelles Festfahren. Außerdem gibt es für das Tor zur Einfahrt nur eine Funkfernbedienung. Ohne Fernbedienung kein Rein-oder Rauskommen möglich!Pool: keine Reinzng in den 14 Tagen Aufenthalt, somit schon bei Anreise schmutzig. Bei Regen füllte sich der Pool immer mehr, da keine Regulierung

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes toutefois surpris par certaines remarques, car en deux ans de location, vous êtes les seuls à avoir rencontré ce type de difficultés. Le chantier en face ne dépend évidemment pas de nous et nous n’avons aucun pouvoir pour l'arrêter. L'emplacement de la maison est toujours visible avant réservation. Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme absolu, mieux vaut privilégier la campagne plutôt qu’une station balnéaire animée. Concernant le jardin, la pelouse a brûlé cet été à cause des fortes chaleurs et des restrictions d’eau, indépendantes de notre volonté. L’allée n’a jamais posé problème aux nombreux locataires qui viennent avec tous types de véhicules. La piscine vous a été remise en parfait état, et un simple usage du volet roulant aurait évité qu’elle se salisse. De même, une seule télécommande de portail est fournie, comme toujours, et vous êtes les seuls à en avoir demandé une deuxième. Enfin, nous rappelons que le contrat de location n’a pas été signé de votre part, ce qui complique aussi certaines règles d’organisation. Nous restons néanmoins à l’écoute pour améliorer sans cesse l’expérience de nos hôtes, et sommes heureux de constater que la grande majorité de nos voyageurs passent un excellent séjour chez nous.

Das Haus von Justine und Jeff ist einfach toll. Die beiden sind wunderbare Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung und das Interieur sind sehr geschmackvoll und man hat viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die moderne Küche lädt dazu ein, viel selbst zu kochen.Auch die Terrasse, der Pool mit vielen zusätzlichen Spielgeräten und die Boulebahn haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne erholsame Wochen in diesem Domizil. Die Bilder entsprechen komplett der Realität. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und ist immer sofort ansprechbar und kümmert sich umgehend. Der eigene Bouleplatz ist ein absolutes Highlight neben dem Pool. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
