The villa is fitted out for 8 people and is likely to appeal to 2 families with children.

The NIGHT AREA is composed of 2 separate wings. Each wing has 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
‐ 2 bedrooms each with a 140 x 200 cm bed
- 2 bedrooms each with either a 160 x 200 cm bed (for an adult couple) or 2 beds of 80 x 200 cm (for 2 children).

The DAY AREA, between the 2 wings, offers a large 50 m2 space where we find the living room, a large table for 8 people, the American kitchen.
An adjoining storeroom with washing machine and dryer, and a 2nd fridge

The EXTERIOR, cosy and maritime, presents :
- a heated swimming pool (7 x 4 m)
- a large wooden terrace (of course the Landes maritime pine)
- deckchairs for lounging in the sun
- large sofas and armchairs for aperitifs (in particular)
- a large table for 8 sheltered under its coconut shade
- a barbecue (obviously essential)
- sand (obligatory, we are at the edge of the ocean)
- wooded areas
- and sun, lots of sun

HAVE FUN. We have created play areas for young and old.

On the FIELD, we find:
- a petanque court
- an outdoor foosball table
- a ping-pong table

And INSIDE:
- TV with access to all Free and replay channels, Netflix, Prime Video
- Hi-fi system
- Wifi of course

2 CAR SPACES inside the enclosed plot and a charging station for electric vehicles.

We are CLOSE TO EVERYTHING:
- the ocean is 5 minutes away by bike, 9 minutes for supervised beaches (especially surf schools for amateurs)
- The village of Montalivet, its famous market and pedestrian street are 9 minutes away by bike (many bike rental offers on site)
- but also close to horseback riding, tree climbing, paintball, karting...
