Small, maritime house ideal for families with children (perfect for 2 adults + 2 children). Separate entrance, large south-facing terrace with its own garden beach chair. Living area on the ground floor with corner sofa bed; TV, stereo with CD, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. Bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, wardrobe, second TV. Nice shower room with window. Another bedroom with a box spring bed accessible via the gallery. Total size about 60 square meters.

The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality.
For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it.

House Rules / Prices:
The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of private parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros / night / car. We also name alternatives on request. General features are listed in the equipment features. T. in the house and not in every single apartment, which we would be happy to provide for your stay: DVD players / DVDs gg.
