Enjoy a luxurious, spacious 2nd-floor condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, offering the look, feel, and amenities of a world-class oceanfront resort — located directly on the "World's Most Famous Beach." This west-facing unit captures magnificent sunsets and offers 2,097 sq ft of living space, plus 550 sq ft of additional outdoor living on a covered, wraparound balcony complete with an electric grill and outdoor dining table (non-ocean view).

Kitchen is superbly stocked for creating home cooked meals. Condo is cozy with comfy decor and lovely oversized balcony patio ready for outdoor dining. While not an ocean view, the club room is on same floor with direct access to the pool and beach. Loved watching morning sunrises there. All staff were amazing and safe garage parking near elevators. Pet friendly and a place I would definitely recommend to others.

Our stay was amazing we had a wonderful time. The Ocean Vistas onsite team was great to work with. Everyone in the building was kind & enjoyed visiting, very hospitable. Condo was clean & smelled GREAT! Just noting that you cannot see the ocean from the room at any angle but I wouldn’t let that keep me for booking again. 10 out 10 would recommend. If we visit Daytona again we will be back!

I wish I could give 10 Stars as the whole process and Condo was amazing. Hospitality was top notch as well as the condo it self. It was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay including all the beach needs. We hope to make this a yearly vacation for now on.

While this unit looks out over the road and not the ocean, it is still a very beautiful, functional, and well-equipped condo. Just around the corner on the same floor is the workout room, sauna, conference room, and clubhouse area, which was great for watching the Space X launch over the ocean. The pool is heated, which made it comfortable to swim in even on those days in the lower 60's. The hot tub was also nice.

Home away from home.

Family vacation

Had a nice relaxing vacation with my grown children and my four year old grandson. The condo was very spacious and clean. The pool was heated which was a plus. Also enjoyed the hot tub and beach .

This condo is beautiful! After checking in and getting unpacked, it was very easy to get settled in - like being at home. Everything one could need is available in the fully equipped kitchen, including coffee pots (drip and Keurig). The decor is modern and clean, the appliances are all updated, clean and in working order. The linens and beds (memory-foam) are clean and comfortable. I bring my own pillow - but there are plenty onsite. The building & grounds are gorgeous and are directly on the beach. This condo does not face the beach, but we savored spending time hanging out on the patio having coffee in the morning, taking an afternoon beach or shopping break, or taking in the spectacular sunsets. Thank you for making our Christmas merry!

Mother/Daughter vacation

This place has everything and I mean everything you need on a vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It feels just like home and very spacious. Dennis is the BEST! He gives a great tour and makes sure you have a relaxing enjoyable vacation! If you need anything he is just a text away and responds in minutes.

Enjoyed our recent stay. Check in is different than I expected. Had to meet at property and go through tour which was helpful. Fridge water and ice didn’t work but we used water bottles and ice machines are available. Great space for family. Lots of room. Huge outside space.

Property was great. Condo was beautiful. Description pictures were a bit misleading. We were looking for balcony overlooking ocean. The picture showing ocean was not from our unit but from a common area. Our condo overlooked the street. Other than that we were happy with the stay.

Great Place, would stay again

Very large and clean. The location was ideal and parking was very convenient. Plenty of towels and extra sheets pillows etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots pans, plates, etc. you would ever need. Only small issues, ice maker does not work and water on the fridge does not work. The cable TV service in Master has major buffering issues.

Beautiful condo and property!

This condo was beautifully decorated, clean and SO spacious. We enjoyed our time inside and on the patio as much as we did the beach! It had every single amenity we could think of and the beach toy closet was amazing! We literally didn't have to bring anything except clothes and toiletries. Check in was easy and we loved having a keypad door. The beds were all comfortable and there was a ton of bedding and towels supplied. Including beach and pool towels. The laundry room in the condo was fantastic. The property has a great pool area and we enjoyed that it was shaded starting around 2/3 pm so we could get a break from the sun. A wonderful place to relax all around! We can't wait to come back!!
