We are always glad to hear our guests had a great time. Although we have a sweeping view of Eagle and Palm beaches we are just a quick 4 minute drive to the beach. We are within 5-6 minute walking distance from Do-it Center grocery store, Save More Grocery, and Fermins bar. If anyone has any questions about anything please be sure to let us know.

The pictures used in our listing were taken at the end of May 2016 right after we painted the entire home inside and out and replaced the roof. One thing that the guests did not mention is that they were the first guests to enjoy air conditioning throughout the entire house and not just the bedrooms as was previously advertised when they booked with us. We live on the property at least two months out of the year and proud to keep our home in a great state of repair for our guests and many repeat guests to enjoy every year.

This is the first I have ever heard of a need for shower matts but they have already been ordered on amazon. I ordered 8 so we have a set at the home and a set for replacement. I prefer the stainless cookware too. We had it available initially but guests would leave the pans with hard to remove food cooked on. and it just was not worth it in the end. Perhaps we could make it an option for guests, as long as the pans are left clean. Next time you come down there will be stainless cookware for you guys. As far as ice goes from the brand now fridge....it might work for a family of 5. We have a couple of thermoses for our guests that we recommend they use one for just ice and the other to use for all the beer. Ice is right down the street. As the owner, I have Javier always have plenty of ice around. We hope to see you again! Thank you for your business.

The day after these guests arrived they asked if there was any way we could make the window shades more of a blackout shade. Javier called me and I approved new shades in that bedroom. This review says that there were no shades, but that is just not true. The next day they wrote me to tell me that the shower did not work in that same bedroom. Javier encountered that there was a stream of water coming out of the shower head. I sent Javier to purchase and install a new shower head that same day. The water to that particular bathroom has solar heated water and does not get as hot. I have renovated this entire house since I bought it 12 years ago and every year we have new projects when we have vacancy to update, paint, repair or deep clean. The same day I received this review I received another one from a very satisfied group of guests. The LED lighting is throughout the house and there are switches to turn on all of the lights or just a portion. A majority of all interior lights have dimmers. When This guest was contacted with a followup by us she never mentioned the lights or the laundry list she chose not to include in her review. An attempt was made to speak with this guest after this review was posted but there was no response. We take all complaints and reviews very seriously which is why we have such a detailed walk through on arrival. It was me actually asking her if the cats or chickens bothered her. We have had a number of them over ten years but the first complaint I ever had was this year. I also mentioned to this guest the sliding doors that have a bent track on one door due to folks moving heavy items over it before a wedding. Once I have vacancy I can have that fixed. As far as septic issues this is just not true. We take advantage of the grey and black water of the houses two septic tanks to irrigate our huge garden. The Ritz Carlton hotel does the exact same thing. I live at Aruba Villa Tropical at least 30 days a year. I was just there and we redid all of the landscape lighting and it looks awesome. We are hoping to have a fooseball table delivered by the end of March. Please consider as well all of the other amazing reviews we have recieved over the years and know that your vacation is very important to us and your business is very much appreciated. Thank you.
