The beach is only about 50 meters away and the large south-facing balcony offers plenty of space to relax and for the morning breakfast.

The balcony extends from the living room to one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and chairs and of course with a large LCD TV flat screen. There are double beds and wardrobes in both bedrooms. The bathroom is also bright and modern (toilet, shower with sliding glass doors).

You can park your car in the in-house underground garage (bicycles can also be parked there).
