Dream apartment with sea views (from the balcony) and in the first row to the Baltic Sea.

The luxury 3 bedroom newly built apartment offers approximately 99 m² space for up to 4 people and is very high quality and modern. The large living room has a large seating area with an LED TV, Blu-Ray player and Wi-Fi and a sea-view balcony. The connected open kitchen is also very spacious and tastefully fitted. On the ground floor there is one of two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and toilet. In Untergschoss there is another bedroom with private bathroom (shower, toilet and washing machine included. Washer-dryer) and a large sun terrace.

Distribution: 2 separate bedrooms, 1 living room with open kitchen, dining area and sitting area, 2 bathroom & WC, 1 large sea-view balcony with garden furniture, 1 sun terrace on the garden level
