Boasting high ceilings and mountain views, this warm and inviting condo is ready to welcome you and your family to Park City! This two-story vacation rental features a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen for preparing and enjoying your favorite recipes, a cozy, sunlit living area with a gas fireplace and a cable-equipped flatscreen TV, and a furnished balcony, all within walking distance of the ski lifts. For additional fun, head over to the Red Pines clubhouse to enjoy two shared, outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, and seasonal tennis and volleyball courts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

The unit is far closer to the Canyons base than perhaps is evident on the map. I regularly ski Park City and have for 47 years and this is very close to the preferred lot that I normally park in. The unit it self could use some updating, but everything worked and the property manager was very responsive.

Needs Help

The location is perfect. The ski shuttle comes right to you. We can accept old, but the place is run down and not taken well care of. The front door is difficult to open. Every door squeaks. The place needs a deep clean and major maintenance. Upstairs windows leak. But other than that.

Great location, lack of supplies

The location was not ready when we were told it would be. I was trashed from previous people. They were on top of it however and was beautiful and clean when we can back from lunch and hour or so later. The location was fantastic but was a 10 min walk from the bus stop to catch the bus to bring you to downtown park city. There is a Canyons shuttle that is free and will pick you up for free at your request through the CV Connect app. Wish I would have known about the app sooner rather than hearing about it from another tenant two days into our trip. THE BUNK BED and the two queen are all in the loft. The bunk area is in a tiny tiny nook part of the loft. NOT SEPARATE ROOMS. and the ceiling is very close to the top bunk. and the bottom bunk has NO headroom. Very close to the top bunk. good for kids tho! They don't supply enough towels (8 large towels total) we had 8 people staying there for 5 nights. They only have two frying pans (1 large 1 small). The lack of cook wear made it very difficult to cook for our group. Thank goodness we only planned on breakfast there. No extra trash bags or extra paper towels. Very thin toilet paper was supplied. They do detail that you need to buy some of these thing ahead of time however I feel these are things that should be standard. It was nice that the hot water never ran out and the common space had Netfix and streaming app ability.

Convenient Condo but not much more

The unit was what was expected with regards to layout, appearance and location. It is just a 5 minute walk from the lifts in Canyons Village. Parking was good. However, in person it was fairly rundown. The furniture, cabinets, walls were all pretty worn. If a person upstairs moved at all, the people in the bed downstairs would hear it. The kitchen had the basic needs but not much more. Also, while this is not the fault of the homeowner, it was pretty dirty. We found lots of hair in one of the beds, a used earplug on the floor, a partially consumed bottle of water on the floor. I would go back, but not for what I paid. Lastly, the checkout instructions on the Vacasa app said "Our standard checkout time is 14:00..." (I have a screenshot) but they charged me to checkout any later than 10am. I called Vacasa, but they made up some ridiculous story.
