While the location itself was excellent, the house itself could use some updates. Nice views from upstairs but no parking space. But the part that was the absolute worst was dealing with the nightmare property management company. When we got to the house it was absolutely filthy. There was old dried up food on the stove, dead bugs collected in the light fixtures and dirt on the floor. The property management company did not tell us how to log onto the Wifi, so we called them repeatedly during business hours but no one picked up the phone. We ended up driving all the way back to the office to tell them about the filth and ask out how to access the wifi. They offered to send a maid to clean but it didn't work with our schedule. I ended up scrubbing the house myself as it was absolutely disgusting and unlivable. I emailed the company asking for a credit back as it took up my time and the rental was not clean like it was supposed to be and they refused. The shower drain was clogged and it pooled water. When we messaged the property managers we were told that we should go to the store ourselves, buy drain cleaner and deal with it on our own. WOW. When the ancient toilet seat broke, we emailed the property managers and got NO RESPONSE at all. We were shocked by the complete and utter negligence of this company. Would not recommend the property itself because dealing with Le Guilouzer Immobilier was not worth it.
