South-facing house located between Vieille Chapelle and Pointe Rouge. It is 100 m from the sea and 2 km from the Olympic village.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, kitchen, living/dining room (50m2) and 1 wc. First floor: 1 master bedroom (20m2) with en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom and separate toilet.
Private parking space in the garden.
A large terrace sheltered by two hundred-year-old plane trees provides a cool spot to enjoy meals before a dip in the pool.
All 3 bedrooms have a ceiling fan for cool nights.
Fibre optic, Wi-Fi and TV via box.
Shops, restaurants and bus stops close to the house. Supermarket about 2.5 km away.
Sailing and diving clubs close to the house.
Possibility of walking to the Olympic Games.
