This 5-room apartment of 98m² for 8 people will seduce you with its ideal location close to all amenities and its 100m² south-west facing garden. It is located on the ground floor of a quiet and individual house.

- A large living room/lounge with corner sofa, armchair, table, chairs and TV,
- A fitted and equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, classic coffee maker + espresso, hood, refrigerator, grill, kettle and toaster),
- 3 bedrooms each with a 140 cm double bed,
- A fourth bedroom with a 130 cm bed,
- A bathroom,
- Separate WC.
Beautiful south-west facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. An exterior outbuilding with shower, WC and washing machine. Accommodation equipped with duvets. Free WIFI. Pet allowed with supplements (4€/day).
