Maison Avec Jardin au Centre de L'île à Proximité des Attractions et Plages

St Pierre is in the centre of the island of Oléron (beach 3 km away). Small dynamic town with cinema, museum, market, shops... (5 minutes walk).
Quiet house with large fenced garden where you can park and possibly welcome your pet.
Take advantage of the terrace (table, chairs, parasol, deck chairs, barbecue) to relax. Books, magazines, games and board games are at your disposal, as well as tourist leaflets to visit Oléron and the surrounding area.
Bike path nearby.
In order to offer a better quality rental, we have completely redone the dining room, the kitchen, and rehabilitated the bathroom in 2024. In 2025, refurbishment of 1 bedroom and change of all radiators. In 2026, the last 2 bedrooms, and change of toilet.
Bed linen (available from 19/4 to 1/5 and from 12/7 to 23/8 on request with a fee) and towels (permanently available. Be sure to wash and dry them before your departure for the next occupants). Concierge service available for any problems.
There is 1 cot and 1 baby chair.
I can communicate with you orally (including English), and in writing in many languages.

Aufenthalt Ende September. Sowohl der unverhofft frühe Check-in als auch ein kleines Problem mit der Stromversorgung in der Küche wurden unverzüglich und sehr zuvorkommend gelöst. Das Haus befindet sich noch im Umgestaltungsprozess, die meisten Zimmer sind bereits wunderschön neu gestaltet (Badezimmer noch nicht neu renoviert, aber völlig funktionstauglich) und es gibt einen riesengrossen, sicher (!) umzäunten Garten mit einer Terrasse, Liegeplätzen, Sonnenschirmen und Essplatz. Parkmöglichkeit auch für gössere Autos auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Fußgängerzone im Ort bietet viele süsse Geschäfte und hervorragende Bäckereien. Der Ansprechpartner war jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Merci pour ce séjour « découverte » de l île d oleron. Nous avons apprécié la maison, à 2 pas du centre de saint pierre d Oleron et des commerces. Au centre de l île, on a pu profiter de tous les lieux, et découvrir les plages. Le jardin clos, a permis à notre toutou d être également en vacances.Le plus: balade du soir au centre ville, après le barbecue pour chercher une glace… La maison est paisible, grand jardin, et bien équipé pour des vacances réussies !

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit großem eingezäuntem Grundstück. Einrichtung und Möbel sind zum Teil abgenutzt und könnten ausgetauscht werden. Ein Schlafzimmer ist hübsch renoviert. Die Kommunikation mit Nicole war unkomplizert und freundlich.

En plein centre de l'île, cette maison est idéalement située pour gagner les plages sur les différentes côtes, en voiture ou en vélo. Autre avantage de cette location, la proximité avec toutes les sources d'approvisionnement, dont le marché quotidien de St Pierre à 5mn en vélo. Maison très bien équipée ; le beau temps nous attirant à l'extérieur, nous avons vite oublié l'absence de Wi-Fi et l'accès difficile au réseau 4G.

Jolie maison très bien située

La maison est vraiment sympa, à quelques pas du centre ville de Saint Pierre, proche de la piste cyclable tout en restant au calme. La maison est sur un grand terrain cloturé. La propriétaire répond rapidement et est arrangeante. Bien que certaines pièces ont été rénovés , d'autres demandent encore quelques rafraichissements ( peintures, placards, sanitaires). La vaisselle , elle aussi , est un peu vieillissante et dépareillée.Ce ne sont que de petits détails et tout cela ne nous m’empêchera pas de revenir louer ce bien si l'occasion se présente.
