You will appreciate its beautiful surface area of ââmore than 70m2, its proximity to the city center & the beaches of Larmor-Plage and its cozy atmosphere as well as its daily brightness.
The beaches are 100m from the apartment (Port-Maria & Toulhars Beach)
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed in one bedroom & 2 single beds in the second bedroom).
- New fully equipped kitchen (plancha, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, kettle, toaster, hood, washing machine ...)
- Lounge area with sofas, armchairs & coffee table.
- Dining area with a large wooden dining table.
- A bedroom with double bed and storage
- A bedroom with two single beds and storage
- Shower room with sink, large shower)
- Separate toilet.
- Clear view of the church square
Bed linen, bath towels are provided as well as cleaning products.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a small family condominium.
A bus line is 50m from the apartment to go to Lorient or the coast.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin liners and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.
