Ce groundfloor est situé proche du village de Corvera à proximité de la Sierra Carascoy , à 10mn de la ville de Murcia, à 25mn de la mer et à 30mn de Cartagena.

A Corvera il y a toutes les comodités: Commerces, restaurants, pubs, salles de sport, pharmacie et médecins.
