For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, deep fryer, washing machine and electric vehicle socket.

- A 13 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A lovely 96 m² private, fully enclosed garden.

The house is ideally located in Portbail (less than 8 km from the beach) in a very pleasant, peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
