We spent a fantastic 2 weeks in Christophe’s wonderful home. Our third year to St Germain sur ay. Communication was excellent and check-in very easy and smooth. Everything was so well cleaned and prepared for our stay. The friendly village is a moment’s walk away with great restaurants to dine at or have a drink, and a well stocked supermarket and Sunday market too including the rotisserie take away too. The house is right on the beach with life guards on duty until late into the evening. The house has all the mod.coms needed, wifi, smart TV, very well equipped kitchen and crockery and appliances for a comfortable stay. To keep everything clean you will have everything needed for this too. Beautiful views from both upstairs bedrooms out to sea. Beds are comfortable and we all slept peacefully. There is a large space in the sun room / conservatory to eat or relax watching the sunset. It was especially wonderful to have two showers downstairs (with our children!) and separate toilet plus lovely shower upstairs and separate toilet with plenty of windows upstairs. We really enjoyed listening to the ocean at night while sleeping. We can’t wait to return. Merci Christophe!

D-Day Celebrations

6 adults from America travelled to Normandy for the 80th anniversary of DDay. This house was perfect. Located on a beach in a peaceful town with a grocery store and 2 restaurants. The house was clean and Bry large for us all to enjoy the trip. The owner was great and the check in and out was easy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

De locatie van het huis grenzend aan het strand is geweldig. De serre behoeft wat onderhoud. De slaapkamer beneden is klein. De inrichting kan wat beter.

Entrée facile. Maison très pratique. 2 salles de douche avec 3 douches donc pour 8 personnes c'est top. Situation parfaite par rapport à la plage. Une buanderie très pratique. Et nous avons eu du beau temps que demander de plus!! Je conseille fortement. Et je garde en tête cette adresse. Le seul bémol peut être le wifi pour mes ados...lol

La vue sur la plage se fait surtout depuis les chambres et au bout du terrain car il y a une dune devant la véranda.. acces à la plage par un petit portillon qui mène pratiquement aussitot sur la plage. Pour les animaux, il faut les attacher car il y a des trous sous le grillage ..Habitation très bien propre , propriétaire très agréable..

Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Toll sind auch der Blick auf das Meer, die Nähe zum Strand und die Ruhe.

Keine Saison im Oktober

Wit haben ein paar schöne Tage dort verbracht, die Lage ist super. Leider ist im Oktober dort so gut wie alles geschlossen. Das wussten wir nicht. Für uns war diese Ruhe, kaum Menschen unterwegs-Balsam für die Seele. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, das Haus hat alles was man braucht

Fantastisch!

Wir haben 2 traumhafte Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Für uns Menschen und unserem Hund war die Nähe zum Meer wahrhaft ein Traum. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, der Blick auf Jersey und das Meer ist herrlich. Alles im Haus war in vernünftigem Zustand und funktionierte gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer des Hause war sehr persönlich und vor allem reagierte er sehr schnell auf Fragen. Alles war perfekt für uns !

Séjour on ne peut plus bord de mer

Maison avec une très belle situation, très bien équipée. Nous avons profité de chaque coucher de soleil sur la mer et des petits déjeuners dans le jardin dunaire. Excursions faciles dans tout le cotentin. Nous recommandons.

Leider keine Villa wie im Inserat versprochen

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht von diesem Haus. Im Inserat stand, bevor wir das reklamiert haben nicht, dass ein 2. Haus auf dem Grundstück steht. Das Haus nutzt den gleichen Garten und das war für uns sehr unangenehm wenn ständig jemand bei dir vorbei läuft. Im Garten selbst lagen leider schon bei der Ankunft Hundehaufen. Für unsere Kinder nicht schön wenn man immer aufpassen muss. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann mitgeteilt das die Waschmaschine kaputt sei. Weil die Putzfrau das Wasser aufwischen musste was ausgelaufen war hatte sie leider auch nicht so viel Zeit zum putzen. Als wir unsere Sachen in den Kühlschrank räumen wollten ist leider das Fach in der Türe runter gefallen weil es kaputt war. So hat unser Urlaub angefangen und ging auch weiter. Der Wintergarten ist bei regen leider nicht dicht. Die Schränke sind teilweise kaputt. Die Dusche geflickt mit Klebeband. Der Staubsauger hat auch nicht getan. Leider war es dem Vermieter ziemlich egal als wir ihn darauf hingewiesen haben und Bilder geschickt haben. Sehr schade. Völlig überteuert für eine solche „Villa“. Das einzig gute an diesen Haus ist die Lage direkt am Meer.

Tres belle maison tres bel endroit

Accueil et suivi du propriétaire top. Maison parfaitement équipée, beaucoup de charmes, spacieuse, aucun point négatif ou de réserves! elle donne directement accès à la plage qui est magnifique. malgré un temps décevant, nous avons passé un très bon moment. je recommande vivement cette maison.

Maison idéalement située face à la mer

Maison confortable, lumineuse, bien équipée et disposant d'une grande veranda, très agréable, parfaite pour prendre les repas. Nombreux couchages avec bonne litterie, cuisine équipée pour vraiment cuisiner avec vaisselle en nombre suffisant, 2 sdb et 2 WC... et une vue sur la mer incroyable !
