Small old house located in a small quiet place called Charentais in the heart of the Cognac vineyards and near the Gallo-Roman theater of Bouchauds.

C is a small house of 50m2 which includes 1 equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with toilet.
The kitchen is a kitchen equipped with appliances (coffee maker, fridge, gas stove, kettle, microwave ..).
The living room and the kitchen both have a non-functional but traditional fireplace.
The living room has a two-seater sofa bed, a library area, a desk area and a very pleasant relax armchair.
The master bedroom, on the mezzanine and under the sloping, has a double bed.
This is a non-smoking house and not equipped with wifi.
Provide bed linen (140 X 190) and towels or an extra charge of 20 euros.

The house is 5 minutes by car from shops (supermarkets, bakery, butcher, restaurants, pharmacy....) with market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings and fair every 27th of the month in Rouillac. This fair is a real institution!
It is 20 minutes from Jarnac, 30 minutes from Cognac (stronghold of Cognac but also Pineau) and Angoulème (International Capital of Comics).
