Our red porch cottage in the woods is serene and charming. Cottage is 1000 sq ft and is perfectly cozy, cute & quaint! Unwind and relax from the city's hustle and bustle. Book your stay to create new lasting memories with your loved ones.

Property sleeps 8, providing a king size bed in the master bedroom with an en suite, full bathroom. Stand up shower is equipped with grab bars and roomy enough for a shower chair. The door is also wide enough for those with mobility needs. The second bedroom has 2 full beds with an adjoining bathroom leading to a third bedroom providing a queen size bed. A queen size air mattress and a twin rollaway bed are available upon request. All bedrooms have Smart TVs with Roku devices equipped with the Directv app.

Enjoy your morning coffee rocking away on the front porch. Do a little birdwatching while listening to nature’s morning chirps. There's plenty of seating for everyone as you enjoy the view. Property offers lots of trees, nature, wildlife and bird watching. When you muster the energy to start your day, a fully equipped kitchen awaits with full size appliances complete with dishes, pots, pans, cutting boards, silverware and serving utensils. There are two BBQ pits available. One charcoal and one propane (propane will be provided).
Not in the mood to cook. No worries! There are many restaurants within a 10-minute drive, some offering delivery. Wi-fi is enabled but seriously, put away the electronics and enjoy the outdoors!!! Spend your afternoons floating in the pool, sunbathing, or simply taking advantage of what this property has to offer. A basketball goal and volleyball net are on site (balls are provided) Horseshoes, soccer balls, footballs, frisbees, swing set, pogo sticks, glider are some of the outdoor entertainment items provided.

Own your own boat or wave runner? Plenty of space to park onsite and the Blanchard Public Boat Ramp is only a 1-minute drive. Feel free to jump in the lake for a fun swim or fish from the bulkhead from this location as well. Sunsets over the water are a must see! Take a boat ride to Pine Island, anchor and enjoy!

Wrap up your day in front of the firepit, making s'mores and admiring a sky full of stars. This place is a true get-away! Super cozy and did we mention, Relaxing!!!

Livingston is a forested area, and fire is a very real hazard in the dry months.
Please leave coals and ash in the firepit or the barbecue so that we may dispose of them safely. Also, absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Thank you for protecting our home and our neighborhood.
