Downstairs features access to a secure storage room, 2 large kayaks, bait freezer and outdoor sitting area and gas grill with beautiful canal views. Beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, Corian countertops and lots of cabinets for all your storage needs. Full sized stacked washer and dryer. Open floor plan w/dedicated dining area, large living room, tile floors, recessed lighting throughout. Spacious master-suite with both guest and master bath offering tiled shower surround glass doors with lots of storage. Nicely appointed guest bedroom and bathroom.
Our home will accomodate 6 guests comfortably. Master and guest rooms with Queen-sized beds. Living room appointed with full sized Sofa fold down sleeper bed by Sealy ( much more comfortable than a sofa bed ) and comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stainless steel stove with a double oven! Large Refrigerator and freezer equipped with an ice maker, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Service for 12 with all eating utensils along with baking and cookware. No pets please.
Just bring your swimsuit, sunscreen and boat and get ready to enjoy the beautiful water and activities in the Florida Keys!

NOTE Must Read! Venture Out Resort charges a one-time entrance fee of $116.28 plus tax ( a total of $125 ) paid at the gate when you arrive, which covers everyone in your party. This fee gives you unlimited use of the Resort's amenities including the 80 foot heated swimming pool. Please be aware that there is a credit card fee at the gate.
