If you cannot say nothing good….
Listing poorly represented the property. Amenities stated in the listing were not accurate. You did not have access to Bonita club either as a guest or as a visiting member. Golf is for members to the Bonita club. By in, is only $250,000. You can use kayaks and basketball court in one of the parks. Cannot grill on your own property, you must go to a park to Grill. This is very inconvenient!
We could never find out who the owner of the property was and could not talk to them directly to try to resolve the misinformation of the listing, as well as the unit, being very dirty and needing some repairs. Discovered unit had been flooded in last hurricane and needed to be rebuilt. Lawn furniture on back porch clearly was damaged in the hurricane and is rotting and we were afraid to sit in them because they might break and the owner would blame us!
We really enjoyed the neighborhood and our neighbors and would love to go back there again. The pricing of the property was extremely high and clearly not worth it. Yes it was recently redone, but the quality of the work is very poor. Door knobs fall off of closets, closet doors are not hung properly and fall off.
We were unable to get the air-conditioning to work for the first two days, after calling the service department we were informed that you had to turn the humidity up to 50% in order for the air conditioning to run. Never in my lifetime had I see this.
They say live and learn, this one was definitely a hard lesson!!.
