New townhouse - fully furnished
My place is at 6814 E Riverside Drive and was built in January 2019, so it is very new and has all appliances, fully furnished and almost everything you need. It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse - I will mostly be in Chicago for the next several months for grad school (I will be keeping my items in the master bedroom while away).
Nice park right outside the front door - great for taking walks or taking the dog out. Garage parking for 1 car and tons of street parking for another car. Close to I-35, Ben White and 183, you could get anywhere downtown within 15 minutes and most of Austin in under 30 min.
Be respectful of neighbors and limit loud noises during sleeping hours. Treat house as your own home and be respectful of items
