Our truly charming lakefront home and property offers two levels of living space and over an acre of land, surrounded by breathtaking lake views. The home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths w a den being used as a 4th bedroom, 2 separate living areas, and 2 indoor and alfresco dining areas. The expansive windows throughout offer stunning lake views everywhere you turn. For outdoor living, you can enjoy the large upstairs deck and downstairs covered patio along with the expansive naturally landscaped property that includes a large flat yard for activities and games as well as a huge fire pit area overlooking the lake. Spend your mornings and sunsets on our oversized dock which boasts a sun deck and plenty of room for all of your lake toys, brought or borrowed. If you do bring your own, you'll enjoy the convenience of the property's private boat launch & beach, but and if you need to borrow, you will find Sunset Marina only a 60-yard walk from the house. All of this is on a private road for all the privacy and serenity one could want yet so close to all conveniences. Plus, less than 20 minutes to Clemson Football!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used bed linens and used towels in or outside of the laundry room.
Ensure all trash is bagged in 13 gal trash bags. No loose trash or cardboard is accepted. All trash, bottles, pet waste, etc. must be bagged and placed in the receptacles provided.
Pick up and properly dispose of fire pit ashes or waste, clean grill and empty grill grease trap ensuring all is bagged and thrown away, never put grease down the drain.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All doors and windows are to be closed/locked upon exiting the home other than during use of property grounds. No outside noise from10:00 PM-6:00 AM.
Pet(s) must be approved before allowed. Info must include: breed, size, sex, up-to-date vet records w/ vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm. + Fee.
Number of guests will not exceed booking amount in the home or on the property at any time without prior written consent of the owner. Fees apply.

This lakefront home is amazing! The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of room for our family of 6. The marina is a short walk away to rent a boat, which is a plus! The host, Stacy, was great too! This VRBO is a great rental and we would love to return again soon.

We were all very pleased with this lake house. The landscaping was beautiful and access to the dock superb. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the dock every night. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Great recommendations from our host for nearby restaurants that we also enjoyed. Vangeli’s Bistro in Seneca was five star! Excellent stay at beautiful Lake Keowee.

The location is perfect! Right on the water. The ramp and marina are right around the corner. The kids were able to swim and hang out at the private dock when the boating day was done. We had. Great time and will go back.

Family time

The property was wonderful. Stacy was very helpful and communicative. Our only issues were that the kitchen could have been better stocked with dishes (I prefer dishes over plastic plates), we had to buy extra trash bags, and the bunk beds were too noisy for the kids to use. On the plus side, the towels were top quality, there was a very good supply of paper products, the kayaks we're well used by my family, and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. 30th anniversary trip

This property really delivered as advertised. The house was spotless and well set up and the upstairs and downstairs spaces gave our teenagers their own space. My husband has some mobility issues so the private road beside the dock worked wonderfully by allowing us to drive him down. And to top it all off, the host was a pleasure to work with. She checked to make sure we were settled and was quick to respond every time I reached out. Will definitely keep this on our list for the future.

Lake House

This was a new house for us as our usual house was sold. We knew we liked the Six Mile area and the walk to the dock is important to me. No drastic driveways or hundreds of stairs. This house is nestled at the end of a huge cove. VERY private which I loved. The water was gorgeous and deep. I swam with my grandkids for hours each day. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. The master was on the first floor and really nice. We had the kids downstairs. They loved the sunken tub and also the fact that the lower level was just for them. We didn't even mind not having a dishwasher....although I hated using all those paper plates. The only thing I minded was not having a bannister or railing for me to hold on to while walking downstairs. That is dangerous for me and my bad knees! Overall...I will say this was our best house yet! So comfortable and the porch always had a lovely breeze. All the kids agreed. The privacy and views were a delight. we brought all our own toys...boat, paddleboards, rafts... Chris was there to answer any and all questions. We would definitely love to rent again next year. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful and Quiet Lakehouse

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay and it's my sexond time here. Our family loves to fish and even though the fish were not as active this time as they were in early spring last year, the water is deep off of the dock and the rocker, lounge chairs and lights came in handy. The upper deck is great in the evenings, the lower patio with a large table, was where we ate most meals. There is also a large table in the kitchen with overhead skylights. The oven could be updated but worked fine. There are 2 HE washers and dryers downstairs in the laundryroom. One refrigerator upstairs and a large fridge and full freezer downstairs. The host got back to us quickly and was kind and courteous. The neighbors were also kind and welcoming...like we had been there forever! I cannot complain about anything...even the pricing was good in comparison. We WILL visit again and refer others!

Relaxing week on the Lake

What a wonderful week we had on Lake Keowee and staying on this property! Every view from the house had a beautiful angle of the lake with plenty of outdoor areas to relax! Many memories made swimming, jumping off the dock, cooking out, kayaking, and relaxing. Hostess and property manager very easy to get a hold of an accommodating. They were quick to answer questions. Looking forward coming back!

LOCATION IS THE BEST!!

This home has the best location on the lake! The cove right in front of the house was fun for tubing and exploring and just swimming and floating! Easy to get North for cliff jumping and excellent proximity to the Marina, this is the best property for being outside and enjoying the lake! The fire pit is stunning and made the evenings even better! The privacy was awesome! I cannot say enough about the exterior and location! The listing is very clear as far as not having a dishwasher and the kitchen is not very conducive for cooking but we anticipated that and were not shocked with anything at all! The beds were extremely comfortable, and having 2 laundry machines were a huge plus! The hosts were responsive and helpful! Great place for family vacation!

Great Sunsets!

What a great place to enjoy the outdoors! Our family really enjoyed what this home had to offer. The outdoor space was great to grill and hangout. The dock was great for fishing and seeing spectacular sunsets. We rented a boat and enjoyed water sports and sightseeing Lake Keowee. Great time!

Great weekend with family and friends. Location, cove and outdoor areas were fantastic and really make this property a winner. Great weekend at the lake!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for which was a house with a fantastic outdoor area. The location is perfect- quiet and large cove! Outdoor amenities are exactly what we wanted. House on the inside was dated in some areas but it didn't bother us the least since we were outside the entire time! Overall a great weekend!
